Tolle Wohnung, toller Standort

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung. Wie bereits beim letzten Urlaub gab es erneut Probleme mit dem TV, sowie mit dem Abfluss im Badezimmer. Ansonsten alles top.

Erholsamer Urlaub in top Lage

Die Wohnung hat mir super gefallen! Der Meerblick vom Balkon und die Nähe zum Strand sind einmalig. Die Küchenausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die zwei vollwertigen Schlafzimmer - jeweils auch noch mit TV - machen die Wohnung auch interessant für mehr als 2 Erwachsene oder eine Familie mit älteren Kindern. Auch die Sauna im Bad und der Handtuchwärmer haben mir gut gefallen. Einzig in der Dusche wäre eine Ablage für Duschgel/Shampoo wünschenswert, damit man nicht alles auf den Boden stellen muss. Bei Anreise gab es kleinere Mängel bei der Sauberkeit (Haare der Vormieter im Bad und Staub), da habe ich mit dem vorhandenen Staubsauger kurz nachgeholfen. Ein paar rötliche Ablagerungen, die auch nicht einfach wegzuwischen waren, gab es in der Dusche. Die Badreinigung bei einem Endreinigungs-Preis von rd. 120 Euro könnte diesbezüglich etwas gründlicher sein. Der zur Wohnung gehörende Parkplatz ist sehr schmal - mit Kleinwagen und als Alleinreisende kein Problem, mir größerem Auto kann es eng werden. Insgesamt hatte ich aber einen sehr schönen Urlaub und habe die Vorzüge der Wohnung sehr genossen.

Gut eingegrichtete Wohnung mit leichten Mängeln.

Die Wohnung ist gut gelegen und komplett eingerichtet. Insbesondere die beiden Schlafzimmer überzeugen bei 4-Personen-Belegung. Es könnten einige Möbel (Essenzimmer- und Gartenstühle) jedoch erneuert werden. Insgesamt war die Wohnung bei Bezug nicht sauer (insbesondere Bad und Balkon), was bei der hohen Gebühr für die Endreinigung nicht sein sollte.

Zu Ihrer Anmerkung zur Sauberkeit: Möwendreck an der Küste kann leider täglich neu auftreten. Hätten wir kurz Bescheid bekommen, hätten wir im Bad oder auf dem Balkon gerne nachgereinigt. Natürlich ist es unser Anspruch, dass die Wohnung sauber übergeben wird, und es tut uns leid, wenn etwas nicht gepasst hat. Ihre Hinweise zu den Möbeln geben wir gern an den Eigentümer weiter, damit mögliche Verbesserungen geprüft werden können. Wir hoffen, Sie hatten trotz der kleinen Punkte einen schönen Aufenthalt!

Es waren tolle 14 Tage in einem schönem Apartment, es hat uns an nix gefehlt, die Aussicht mega, die Einrichtung toll, das Wetter durchwachsen aber egal, wir kommen wieder..

Auszeit

Es war alles sehr schön das einzige was uns ausfiel das behälter für käse und Wurst leider nicht da waren. Router war defekt wurde nach Rücksprache mit Eigentümer fix gewechselt

Wir waren zu zweit. ...

Wir waren zu zweit. Und die Unterkunft hat der Beschreibung entsprochen. Sie ist gut ausgestattet und man hat einen wunderbaren Blick auf die Ostsee. Sehr schön ist die Nähe zum Strand, zu einer Verkaufsstelle für Brötchen morgens, die Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür. Der Toaster war defekt und wurde kurzfristig erneuert. Vermisst habe ich eine wirkliche Kleinigkeit: Ablage in der Dusche für Seife etc.; wichtig finde ich noch die Parksituation. Der Stellplatz ist eng, und wenn alle Plätze besetzt sind, bedeutet es, (- wie im Fall meiner Mutter mit Rollator )einmal auf die andere Seite des Hauses zu laufen, um den Fahrstuhl zu erreichen! Da gibt es bestimmt eine Lösung, das haben wir nicht erfragt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und ich komme gern wieder.
