Super Urlaub

Die Unterkunft war super sauber gewesen und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir mein Mann und mein Sohn haben uns da sehr wohlgefühlt. Leider war auf dem Balkon viel Vogeldreck vorhanden was bei den vielen Schwalben und Möwen schnell passieren kann, hab es sauber gemacht und gut war. Alles in allen waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten jeden Abend mega tolle Sonnenuntergänge.

Nie wieder !!!!

Ich habe für vier Tage gebucht ( 411 Euro ) und das Zimmer war total dreckig . Schimmel im Bad , unten am Kühlschrank schwarz , auf die Kissen sind gelbe Flecken , die Laken in den Kinderzimmern waren dreckig , auf den Balkon lag eine Schlüpfer auf dem dreckigen Stuhl , am Kochfeld war die Wand mit roter Soße bespritzt , der Wasserkocher war total verkalkt , am Geschirrspüler/ Schrank unten war alles vom Essen ran gespritzt! Man soll erst um 15 Uhr anreisen, da es angeblich sauber gemacht wird . Man muss 69 Euro für die Endreinigung bezahlen , wofür ???? Wir sind sofort nächsten Tag wieder abgereist . Das einzigste was mir angeboten wurde als ich den Schlüssel abgegeben habe , dass sauber gemacht wird ! Wielange hätten wir da warten müssen ? Kein anteilig Geld zurück , nichts !!!!! Unser Urlaub war versaut !

Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie die Wohnung in einem nicht akzeptablen Zustand vorgefunden haben. So etwas sollte selbstverständlich nicht passieren und wir entschuldigen uns ausdrücklich für die entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten. Ihre Meldung erreichte uns nach Büroschluss per E-Mail. Am nächsten Morgen wurde umgehend eine Nachreinigung angeboten. Ein kurzer Anruf am Abend hätte eine sofortige Reaktion noch am selben Tag ermöglicht und die Nachreinigung vorgezogen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass dieses Objekt von einem externen Reinigungsdienstleister betreut wird. Leider können wir trotz sorgfältiger Organisation nicht ausschließen, dass es in Einzelfällen zu Mängeln kommt. Umso wichtiger ist es uns, dass wir schnell reagieren können – deshalb unser Angebot der Nachreinigung.

Wunderschöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub in Heiligenhafen braucht. Wir als Familie mit 2 Kindern haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und der Ausblick war der Wahnsinn!

Schöne Zeit am Meer

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, sauber, gut eingerichtet und alles für einen Urlaub ist vorhanden. Die Küche ist einfach, aber vollständig ausgestattet, sodass auch Kochen gut möglich ist.

Spontaner Urlaub

Es war wirklich super. Ich habe spontan etwas gesucht und hätte so eine schöne Wohnung nicht erwartet. Man konnte direkt aufs Meer blicken! Super gelegen um überall hinzukommen. Im Haus gibt es einen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist sauber, neu, modern und mit allem eingerichtet was man benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
