Holiday Apartment 09 at the Linden-Palais in Heiligendamm is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The 50 m² two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. The two furnished terraces are perfect for relaxing outdoors. With a living and dining area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower, the holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 people to enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea holiday. It’s only about 50 metres to the beach.

The living area, with a cosy sofa set and a flat-screen TV, promises relaxing evenings. You can also take advantage of the property’s free Wi-Fi. The integrated dining area offers plenty of space for your meals together.

The holiday rental’s exclusive kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A toaster, a coffee maker, and a kettle round out the kitchen amenities.

In the bedroom, a comfortable double bed with two mattresses (90 cm x 200 cm) invites you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The large closet offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. The sleeper sofa (160 x 200 cm) in the living area of the holiday rental can be converted into a comfortable sleeping space for two people in just a few simple steps. In the sleeping areas, pleated blinds and curtains provide privacy and block out the light.

The shower room, with natural light and a walk-in shower, is comfortably furnished. A hair dryer completes the bathroom’s amenities. The apartment features tile flooring. Underfloor heating in all living areas ensures cosy warmth. This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

You can park your car safely in the underground parking space. You can securely store any bicycles you bring with you or rent in the bicycle storage room. Washing machines and dryers are located in a separate room in the building. Here you can wash and dry your holiday laundry for a fee.

As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds in the bedroom as well as towels for two people upon arrival at the Linden-Palais.

You can park your car safely in the designated underground parking space.

Bicycles you bring with you can be stored in a separate bicycle room in the underground car park. The natural surroundings of the Heiligendamm seaside resort invite you to enjoy long bike rides from spring through fall. A nearby bike rental shop offers free delivery and pickup of bicycles right to your door.
