The layout:
Step into the apartment on the ground floor of the building and immediately enjoy the spacious hallway, from which all the rooms branch off. The hallway isn’t just practical—it also features a coat closet with plenty of space for your jackets and shoes. The entire apartment features stylish design elements that blend urban charm with natural accents. We’ve incorporated acoustic panels, moss, and floral designs to create a calming yet modern atmosphere. These details not only give the apartment a cool, modern vibe but also a natural look that invites you to relax.

With two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a well-maintained bathroom, you’ll have everything you need.

Netflix (requires your own account), many free TV channels, and free high-speed Wi-Fi are, of course, included—perfect for a cosy evening. The large windows create a fresh, bright atmosphere.

The bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a luxurious 2x2.10-metre box-spring bed that offers you the highest level of sleeping comfort. Treat yourself to a restful night in this spacious bed, which gives you a feeling of comfort and relaxation not only thanks to the quality of the mattress system but also due to its generous size of 2x2.10 metres. There is also a hotel-quality sofa bed for a fifth person.
The second bedroom has two single beds that can be pushed together upon request. A small balcony off this room is perfect for smoking and relaxing. We ask that you refrain from smoking anywhere in the apartment.

Neustadt Station – Just a 5-minute drive or about 10 minutes by public transport.

Am Brill stop – About 8 minutes by car or about 12 minutes by public transport.

Bremen Airport – About 15 minutes by car or about 20 minutes by public transport.

The apartment is generally suitable for families. Please note, however, that the first-floor apartment is accessible via a staircase, and the balcony door and windows do not lock. The balcony has a railing and a privacy screen. For children up to 12 years old, we recommend extra supervision near the windows and balcony door to ensure their safety.

Welcome to your temporary home! The front door is accessible via a short flight of stairs. In the hallway, another flight of stairs leads to the ground floor, where the apartment is located.

Step into the apartment and you’ll find yourself in the spacious hallway. On the right, the hallway first leads to the bathroom, which is equipped with a modern spa shower and offers you moments of relaxation. Next is the closet, which provides space for your jackets and shoes.

Then you’ll come to Bedroom 2, furnished with two single beds that can be pushed together upon request. This bedroom also features a small balcony, ideal for relaxing and smoking. Next, you’ll reach Bedroom 1, also on the right, with a luxurious 2x2.10m box-spring bed and a sleeper sofa that accommodates a fifth person.

At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a storage room with cleaning supplies, a clothes rack, and an ironing board.

Access to the apartment is via contactless check-in. You’ll receive all the necessary information, including the access code, after booking and filling out the guest form.
