Modern 2-room apartment for up to 4 people: Wi-Fi, dishwasher, double bed, separate children’s room, balcony with lake view. Look forward to a bright and cosy living area with a comfortable seating area, a dining nook offering a beautiful view of the inland lake, and an open kitchenette—perfect for a relaxing holiday. From the living area, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing balcony—the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air and the view of the water.
The comfortable double bed (approx. 180 x 200 cm) is harmoniously integrated into the back area of the living room. For children or additional guests, there is a separate bedroom with a cosy bunk bed and a spacious closet.

Holiday Apartment 16 is located on the ground floor of the “Windjammer” building and is easily accessible by lift.
The “Windjammer” building is ideally situated for a holiday on the north side of the inland lake! The beach is just a few steps away. And in general, the building is a great starting point for everything you might want to do on holiday:
Restaurants, a playground, a skate park, and kiosks are all in the immediate vicinity. A bakery, bike rental, a mini-golf course, and—for the more athletic guests—a fitness centre are also just under 800 metres away. There’s a great hiking trail leading to the cliffs—depending on the season, you might spot Galloway cattle and their calves there.
Our charming old town is about 2 km away—the best way to get there is to stroll along the lakefront promenade right into the heart of the city. With its traditional fishing harbour, numerous shopping options, delicious restaurants, the “Graswarder” nature reserve, the lovely beach, and the longest pier on the coast, our small harbour town has a lot to offer.
You can conveniently park your car in the house’s car park—and feel free to leave it there. In the summer, in addition to the regular buses, the Heiligenhafen “Bimmelbahn” (tourist train) runs, allowing you to quickly reach the city or the harbour, or you can simply rent a bike from the local bike rental shop. This gives you great flexibility. In general, Heiligenhafen is a great starting point for all kinds of bike tours: you can reach Großenbrode in just over an hour—a bit faster on an e-bike—or enjoy the unique view from the Fehmarnsund Bridge and bike straight to Fehmarn.
