Welcome to the Stöfs Holiday Rental—your peaceful retreat on the Baltic Sea, just a few minutes from Lütjenburg. Located on a former estate, slightly elevated, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view across the Großer Binnensee all the way to the Baltic Sea. The apartment spans three floors and offers you a special place to spend relaxing days surrounded by the coast, nature, and the wide-open sky. The lovingly preserved brick farmhouse, with its own unique character, lends your holiday home a very special atmosphere.

**Living & Well-Being**
The living area is bright and cosy. From here, you can enjoy the view of the Großer Binnensee, with the Baltic Sea beyond. The terrace and a French balcony create a beautiful connection to the outdoors and invite you to enjoy the peace and nature. Adjacent to the terrace is a garden that makes the outdoor area especially pleasant. Additionally, the terrace and kitchen-dining area are connected by an outdoor spiral staircase. The fully equipped kitchen-dining area offers everything you need for your meals—ideal for spending time together and enjoying flexible holiday days.

**Sleeping**
On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with blackout curtains and direct access to the terrace. In the attic, there’s another sleeping area with two single beds under cosy sloping ceilings—a quiet retreat for a restful night’s sleep.

**Wellness Bathroom**
The newly redesigned bathroom impresses with modern amenities and a clean, minimalist design. Plenty of light, a shower, and practical storage spaces ensure comfort—ideal for a relaxing start to the day or after a walk along the Baltic Sea.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your holiday or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

A parking space for your car is available right next to the house. Free Wi-Fi is available. The apartment has its own entrance and is located at the back of the complex. Its quiet location makes it particularly suitable for guests seeking relaxation and nature.

The holiday rental is located behind Hohwacht Bay, surrounded by unspoiled coastal scenery, wide-open fields, and plenty of peace and quiet. The nearby beaches are spacious and pleasantly laid-back. All around Stöfs, you can experience nature up close—with a little luck, you might even spot local wildlife right on the property. The Neuland Lighthouse is a popular destination and defines the area with its distinctive coastal character. The former estate, with its brick buildings and quiet paths, also adds to the special atmosphere of this place. Biking and hiking trails along the coast invite you to explore the surroundings and enjoy beautiful views of the Baltic Sea.
