Nestled in unspoiled nature, right on Lake Neversdorf in Schleswig-Holstein, this lovingly renovated country house awaits you between Bad Segeberg and Hamburg. Far away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, you can enjoy peace, comfort, and a truly idyllic lakeside setting.
The historic house, built in 1935, underwent extensive renovation from 2020 to 2023 and has been furnished to a high standard. Spanning approximately 100 m², it combines North German coziness with a stylish living atmosphere.
On the first floor, you’ll find a bright kitchen-dining area with a fully equipped built-in kitchen and a spacious dining area. The adjacent sitting area, with views of the lake and garden, invites you to relax, while the modern fireplace ensures cozy evenings even during the cooler months.
The upper floor features the bedrooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two bedrooms offer direct access to the wraparound balcony—ideal for watching sunrises over the lake.
A special highlight is the approximately two-hectare property with a swimming dock, expansive lawn, and its own wooded area. Blooming fruit trees and rhododendrons lend the garden an almost fairy-tale atmosphere in the spring. You can relax and unwind on balmy summer evenings by the fire pit.
