Our Schwaab-Scherr holiday home awaits you with its 4 holiday apartments. Quietly and sunnily situated in the heart of the small wine village of Erden.
All apartments are modern and comfortably furnished and feature a flat-screen TV, radio, dishwasher, and Wi-Fi. There’s also a large terrace where you can read a book in peace and quiet in the shade in the afternoons. A sunny, Mediterranean-style courtyard with idyllic seating areas invites you to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or a barbecue on balmy summer evenings.
Erden is an ideal starting point for exploring the Moselle, the Eifel, and the Hunsrück.



On-site costs: Included: electricity, water, heating, kitchen and bathroom linens, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi.Not included: Bread roll service VRT Guest Ticket Your booked accommodation is a participating business in the ÖPNV Guest Ticket programme. This gives you the opportunity to use buses and trains (RE, RB in 2nd class) free of charge throughout the entire VRT area. The GästeTicket and informational materials will be provided to you by the property owner upon arrival and entitle you to use public transport throughout the entire VRT area free of charge. Further information about the GästeTicket, as well as detailed schedules and excursion options, can be found in the digital guest folder, which you will receive before your arrival. A 20% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is due on-site in cash or via bank transfer up to 14 days before your trip begins, upon receipt of an invoice. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other arrival and departure times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code for the key box well in advance of your arrival. Pets are not allowed.The tourist tax, amounting to 2.14% of the trip price, is included in the trip price
