“Kardiani bay” with Sea View, Wi-Fi, and Air Conditioning

Located in Kardiani, Tinos, this 135 sq.m. residence accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms. There are 2 bathrooms and 1 WC, plus a fully equipped private kitchen with filter coffee maker, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, and dishwasher. You’ll find Wi-Fi, individual air conditioning in each bedroom and the living room, TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot and heating with a fireplace are available (firewood provided for an extra fee).



Enjoy stunning sea and mountain views from 4 private balconies. A shared open terrace offers extra outdoor space for relaxation. There is parking for more than one car. Pets are welcome (1 animal). Events are not allowed. Please note, the island can become very windy without warning, so take care with doors and windows to avoid accidents or damage.



Your hosts live on the property but not in the rental house. The water system uses a pressure pump and may take a few seconds for water to flow. You have access to two beaches with seaside tavernas. Kardiani village is 4 km away, offering a traditional experience with Aegean views. Beautiful island trails await, including one starting behind the house that leads directly to Kardiani.
