Quiet Hours: We love our peaceful community and kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, so everyone can get a good night’s sleep.

Guest Limit: Please limit the number of people in the apartment to the number specified at the time of booking. For additional guests, we appreciate prior notice.

Eco-Friendly: We place a high value on environmental protection. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality Appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you’re running late.

Careful Departure: We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 11:00 AM at the latest on your departure day and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open Communication: If something is not right during your stay or something breaks accidentally, please let us know—we understand that minor mishaps can happen.

Safety First: Please be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the apartment to keep your personal belongings secure.

Security Deposit / Damage Protection:
Before check-in, guests are required to either provide a refundable security deposit of €99 or choose non-refundable damage protection insurance for €18.
