This detached country house, surrounded by a large garden, is located in the heart of the idyllic village of Markerup on the edge of the Winderatter See Nature Park. Biking and hiking trails start right from the holiday home and wind through the beautiful rolling hills of Angeln.
The entryway is impressively spacious, featuring a spiral staircase and a gallery. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms, each with two single beds that can be pushed together, as well as one (children’s) room with a bunk bed. The large bathroom is equipped with radiant floor heating, a shower, a bathtub, and a double sink. Off the entryway on the ground floor, there is one additional bedroom, one shower room, and one guest bathroom. The inviting living and dining area features hardwood floors, lattice windows, and a wood-burning stove. There are plenty of cosy nooks here! The kitchen is fully equipped and offers seating.
Two large patio doors lead to the fenced-in garden (fence height 60–80 cm) and to the south-facing patio with an awning and windbreak! Outside, behind the house, you’ll find a Finnish wood-fired sauna with a cosy lounge area, a playhouse for climbing, sliding, and running around, and another patio with a barbecue area.
The house offers a wide range of amenities for families with small children. A lockable storage area for bicycles is available.
