Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: lift, washing machine. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bar 20 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Hospitalet de l´Infant" 1.3 km, sandy beach 10 m. Golf course (12 hole) 20 km.
