Vacation apartment Preyersmühle

This beautiful 80-square-meter holiday rental is located at Preyersmühle 16a, 42929 Wermelskirchen, and can accommodate 1–4 people. It is on the ground floor of a two-family home. In the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. You’re welcome to use the garden, which features a large trampoline, a swing, a slide, a small sandpit, and a pool during the summer.
You can use the Wi-Fi and the car park in front of the house free of charge.
You’ll be staying right next to the forest and on the city border between Remscheid and Wermelskirchen. There’s also a restaurant called Preyersmühle just a 2–3-minute walk from the holiday rental. Ehlis Pfeilenfabrik is also within walking distance.
The Eschbachtal outdoor pool is easily accessible on foot through the woods in about 20 minutes (900 metres); by car, it’s a 5-minute drive (it is currently being rebuilt and will be ready by summer 2028).
There are good shopping options in both Remscheid and Wermelskirchen. Schloß Burg is about a 10-minute drive away; there are also beautiful hiking trails, though you can also ride a bike. There are good bus connections to Cologne and Remscheid every 30 minutes. In Remscheid, there are additional train transfer options.



Preyersmühle Holiday Rental:

The 80-square-meter holiday apartment accommodates 1–4 people. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed and seating, as well as a large living and dining room where you can relax. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need. The apartment also features a washing machine and dryer. The light-filled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower and is the perfect place to unwind in the evening. The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring a comfortable living environment in every season.



On-site costs: A 30% deposit is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due in cash upon arrival. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM; late check-out until 12:00 PM is available for an additional fee of 10 euros. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in a timely manner to make arrangements, if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on site. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets and smoking are not permitted in the apartment.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 9:00, and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
