The open-concept kitchen area is directly connected to the living room, making it ideal for cooking together and winding down at the end of the day. A dining area with a dining table is available for meals, while the living area features a sofa and a TV (approx. 44–55 inches) for cosy evenings. Wi-Fi is available, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils—leaving nothing to be desired. Especially convenient: the dishwasher makes daily life easier, giving you more time for the beach and excursions. A walk-in shower and hot water are, of course, part of the comfort, and a toilet and hair dryer are also provided. The holiday home features a terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air—whether in the morning with your coffee or in the evening after an outing. A private parking space is available for your stay. The accommodation is also suitable for families: children are welcome, babies are welcome, and the amenities include bed linens. The house is heated by gas, ensuring a comfortable warmth even during cooler months. You’ll find numerous activities and experiences nearby: The ocean and the beach are only about 1,900 m away, shopping is accessible after about 1,000 m, and the train station is also approximately 1,000 m away. In addition, the property is located in or near a forest—perfect for walks, jogging, or Nordic walking. If you’d like to do more than just spend your holiday at the beach, the surrounding area offers sports and recreational activities such as swimming, sailing, surfing, and fishing, as well as various outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, and golf. Thanks to their central location, they serve as an ideal starting point for your Baltic Sea holiday. Numerous excursion options in the region and the fine sandy beach—just a 5-minute bike ride away—ensure an eventful and relaxing stay. The property features a sauna house and its own children’s playground. The nearest supermarket is less than a 5-minute bike ride or drive away. If you’re travelling in an electric car, you can use our four 300 kW charging stations.

Use of the sauna is free for all guests. The sauna is generally open daily from 5:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Please note that opening hours may vary depending on the season. You can find current information on the signs at the sauna or obtain it directly at the front desk.
