Oceanfront penthouse apartment with two balconies. One balcony faces the ocean and the other offers a view of the mountains. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one bedroom with two single beds, and an additional guest bathroom. Thus, there are 3 bathrooms in the apartment, all with glass shower doors. A large living room with a 40-inch LCD TV and a sound system. A large kitchen with a side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, and more. Laundry area with a washing machine. The apartment has a total area of 180 m². Both balconies are partially covered for greater comfort and a bit of shade on hot days. The back balcony has a large shower to cool off. The front balcony, which overlooks the ocean, is very spacious and has space for two hammocks. This penthouse apartment feels like a home—very spacious and airy. Garage for 2 cars!<br><br>PERACANGA BEACH!!!<br><br>Air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. Very well-maintained. A delightful place
