Welcome to your holiday home, “Panoramic Meerblick 5.5,” on the 5th floor—ideal for relaxing days on the Baltic Sea. The tour begins in the combined living/sleeping area, which features a double bed and a bunk bed, offering space for the whole family. From here, you can step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the ocean view and feel the proximity to the beach. The tour continues to the kitchenette with an adjoining dining area. Equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and blender, it’s just as easy to prepare small snacks as it is to cook family dinners together. The bathroom comfortably rounds out the apartment with a shower, toilet, hair dryer, and heated towel rack.

Please note that this accommodation does not include a parking space. Paid public parking spaces are available in front of the complex.

A bike rack is available for bicycles you bring with you. Wi-Fi is included.

Please note that this holiday rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

The grounds feature a children’s playground and a green space with ping-pong tables, basketball, tennis (for a fee), bocce, and a barbecue area for shared use. Für 2 Personen ist die Wohnung perfekt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Austattung der Küche ist zwar nicht mehr neu, aber man hat alles was man braucht, und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Geschirr, Tee, Backpapier, Salz und Gewürze waren auch da und neu verpackt, was normaleweise nicht selbstverständlich ist. Fernseher, Stereoanlage und WiFi funktionierten einwandfrei. Die Waschräume sind etwas eng, aber modern und sauber. Was wir gut fanden ist die Verglasung des Balkons wo man sich, egal was für ein Wetter draußen war immer aufhalten könnte. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen war, dass die Toilette und das Waschbecken nicht gründlich sauber gemacht wurden, das macht so wie ich es verstanden habe, eine externe Firma und hat mit den Eigentümern nichts zu tun. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen und wieder buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben die geschmackvolle und liebevolle Ausstattung. Der Meerblick über die Baumwipfel auf die Ostsee ist traumhaft. Durch die Verglasung wird der Balkon zum zweiten Wohnzimmer. Die Lage direkt neben dem Hansapark ist ideal für Urlaub mit Kindern, woran die Vermieter offensichtlich auch gedacht haben, da die Wohnung eher für Familien mit Kindern als für 4 Erwachsene geeignet ist. (Etagenbett, Kinderhochstuhl, Flaschenwärmer, Spielzeug). Insgesamt KLARE EMPFEHLUNG für einen schönen Urlaub an der Ostsee.
