The gîte features two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with toilet. There is one bedroom with a view of Mont Saint-Michel and another on the ground floor with a private bathroom.



On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and utility room. There is also a toilet on the ground floor.



Barbecue, garden furniture, and garage are available.



In "Le 71" gîte, heating is provided by electricity.



Bed linen is available for an extra charge per person, including sheets, towels, and tea towels. Cleaning products are provided for your stay and for cleaning on departure day.
