This Breton cottage is quietly located in a small village with character, it has a small walled garden and a terrace.
Near the house is the medieval town of Dinan (2 kilometers) - its historic center and its many craftsmen, reachable in 10 minutes by free bus. Many hiking trails from Terre and Mer- Swimming pool, tennis and riding stables 2kms. Traditional bakery at 300 meters - All shops at 800 meters - wifi -
A "sea of possibilities": Walks, by bike or by boat in the Rance Valley: the most remarkable estuary of Brittany with a rich natural and cultural heritage
Terre et Mer is located 12 km from the sea and 16 km from the beaches (Dinard, Lancieux ...) and 20 minutes from St Malo - St Cast, Cancale ... The Mont Saint Michel fast track in 50 minutes. Cape Frehel, Fort Lalatte 35 minutes.
This rental includes the ground floor: living room with lounge - fitted kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet;
 2 bedrooms (1 double bed - 2 single beds).

Beautiful house and owners

Louis and Daniele were wonderful hosts. Daniele met us when we arrived and gave us a very warm welcome. She gave us tour of the house and talked about sights to see and suggested some restaurants. She even made 2 reservations for us. The house is very charming, just what we wanted. Thank you for wonderful stay!

Lovely warm welcome from Danièle who gave us lots of helpful recommendations. It's a nice peaceful spot and a great location for visiting the area. Dinan is very picturesque and the walk from Léhon to Dinan was beautiful.

C était trop bien….Une maison calme pour se reposer et bien équipée. Une belle situation proche de tout pour de belles balades. Un accueil chaleureux.Je vous recommande cette location.

Maison pas adapté pour les grandsPoutre apparente très basse dans les chambres et toilettes de l étage mansardée Obligé de baisser la tête avec mon fils.Wifi ne capte pas partoutIl faudrait prévoir des répéteurs wifi et prévoir une nouvelle tv ou la connecter à la boxChambre parents petite on à l impression que la pièce principale à été coupée en 2 pour faire les chambres.

Effectivement la maison d'une surface de 70 m2 a deux niveaux de 35 m2 et lors de la récente rénovation nous avons utilisé l'étage du haut pour créer 2 chambres et un endroit WC/toilette . Les photos des 2 chambres reflètent bien l'aspect mansardé des chambres ...

Gemütliche Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, die Gastgeber wohnen nebenan. Das Haus ist gemütlich eingerichtet, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Es gibt einen schönen Innenhof. In der Nähe gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das sehr schöne Zentrum von Dinan ist in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Erkundung diese Teils der Bretagne.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles drin, was benötigt wird.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung.

Das Ferienhaus und seine Lage hat uns gut gefallen. Es liegt zwar nicht direkt an der Küste, aber es ist ein guter Startpunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer oder ins Landesinnere. Dinan ist nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und hält selbst einige tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten bereit. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und habe uns freundlich empfangen.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurders. Gite dichtbij een grote supermarkt. Aangename en efficiente indeling van de woning. Voldoende voorzieningen om een aangenaam verblijf mogelijk te maken.Enig minpunt : geen horeca in de onmiddellijke omgeving.

merci beaucoup pour ces agréables commentaires. Pour trouver des restaurants ouverts le midi/soir près de la maison il faut en effet faire 1,5 km : le Mille Saveurs ou La Goulue (restaurants de qualité) et le midi vous trouvez un restaurant à 250 mètres, une prochaine fois ? :)

Très bon séjour !

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille dans le gite Terre et Mer. Tout y est parfait : l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, l’équipement du gite très complet. Tout est très propre, bien décoré et fonctionnel. Idéal pour une famille de 4. A quelques minutes de Dinan et 30 min en voiture des plages de la cote d’emeraude. Nous recommandons vivement !

Logement idéalement situé par rapport aux visites à faire dans la région (Dinan, Dinard, St Malo et Mont Saint Michel). Les propriétaires sont très cools et le logement est impeccable !

Une très jolie maison très agréable, très propre et bien équipée...un accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu si vous voulez découvrir la région de la Rance et le mont st Michel.

Séjour inoubliable a Quevert

Propriétaires très sympathiques. Accueil chaleureux avec en prime une bouteille de cidre et des gavottes à l'arrivée. Région magnifique avec de nombreux sites touristiques aux alentours.

Jolie parenthèse bretonne

Charmante petite maison qui porte bien son nom "Terre et Mer", sa situation géographique nous a permis de sillonner la région avec les bons conseils de Danièle et son précieux classeur (sites incontournables, bonnes adresses...).
