The apartment features a separate bedroom with a large double bed, as well as a spacious and cosy living room with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need for your daily stay.

For guests travelling to Greifswald on business who would like to bring their family, a cot can be provided in the bedroom upon request. This makes the apartment ideal for a business trip with a partner and child.

A particular advantage is the underground car park in the building. A dedicated parking space is available and can be reserved separately if needed. The apartment is easily accessible by lift from both the underground car park and the entrance area.
