Het is een prachtig verbouwd oud Italiaans huis.Met een grote tuin.De eigenaar, Giulio, is een heel goede host. Bescheiden, maar als je hem nodig hebt is hij er voor je.De omgeving was tijdens ons verblijf onrustig.

De woning is heel mooi en functioneel. Alles is er aanwezig en goed te vinden.

Mooie woning, mooie spullen die aantiek aandoen en prachtig zijn, mooi landschap eromheen en veel ruimte. Alleen de wifi leverde af en toe wat problemen op, maar Mr. Giulio (de eigenaar) snelde echt met een oplossing en een snellere verbinding proberen te bewerkstelligen. Echt een aanrader dit huis.

Wunderschönes Haus mit großem Garten

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Genau wie auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Der dazugehörige Garten, mit eigener Einfahrt ist sehr groß und man findet immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und großzügig. Toll, dass es noch solche netten Menschen gibt, die einem nicht nur das Geld aus der Nase ziehen möchten! Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super!!! In dem Ort selber können wir die Pizzeria wärmstens empfehlen. Auch sehr günstig und total lecker! Ansonsten ist die nähere Umgebung wahrscheinlich nicht die allerschönste in der Toskana, aber man ist mit dem Auto sehr schnell in Orten wie Pisa, Lucca, Montecatini, Florenz oder auch am Meer. Insgesamt haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen und können das Haus absolut empfehlen!

A real taste of Tuscany

My husband surprised me with a trip to Tuscany to celebrate a "big" birthday. We had been watching movies and travel shows on TV for a while and knew that we wanted to walk the wall in Lucca for sure. We looked at many accommodations in the area, and decided that our key decision factors would be: (1) a place that looks and feel like Tuscany, where we could relax with a glass of wine at the end of the day, (2) proximity to restaurants, (3) conveniently located to travel the area. This house was a perfect match. Enjoying Italian meats and cheeses at the table, or sitting in the sofa, was exactly what we were looking for. The architecture details of the house and the exquisite furniture and decoration made our trip a success. The underpass to town was closed the first day, so we drove to the best pizzas we ever tasted. You need to try the "crudo, mascarpone, ruccola" pizza. Just divine! For the rest of our stay, we could walk to town in no time. Be careful about reservations though. Restaurants seem to fill up as we near the weekend. It was easy to drive to Pisa, Lucca and San Gimignano. We absolutely loved all 3 destinations. We decided not to go to Florence on this trip and to go again another time. San Gimignano wins the awards for the best views. If you have dreamt of rolling hills covered with vineyards, this is the place for you. Each and every city takes you back in time. It was fantastic. One added bonus for this location was the proximity to stores. I did not intend on shopping on our trip, but when I entered the Globo store, I could not stop. I bought 3 pairs of shoes! It was paradise! We could not have been happier with our host. We asked for a few recommendations now and then and he was always prompt to send us directions, always with a smile. That makes a difference too :-)

Einfach super

Schöner kann man nicht wohnen. Ein mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes großzügiges Objekt mit einem tollen Vermieter. Absolut empfehlenswert, sehr preiswert.

Accogliente, fresca, ben arredata. Fornita di biancheria da bagno e da camera. Fornitura completa di stoviglie. Un bel parco dove poter mangiare all'aria aperta e rilassarsi. In ottima posizione x visitare Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa, Collodi, ecc...

Gîte à Marginone (Altopascio)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Marginone (Altopascio), dans un gîte confortable, au calme (mis à part le passage des trains), de caractère (belle décoration) et entouré d'un très bel environnement (très beau parc). Nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires M et Mme Bernardini qui nous ont fourni , toujours très aimablement, quantités d'informations pour préparer notre séjour (correspondance par mail). Nous aurions par contre aimé trouver quelques informations dans le gîte concernant les commerces disponibles à proximité, il a fallu se débrouiller seul sur ce point. Il est dommage que les WC soient à l'étage et surtout dans la salle de bain ce qui n'est vraiment pas pratique quand on est nombreux... Un peu plus de pression d'eau pour la douche et les toilettes serait aussi un plus. Mais cela reste du détail car le gîte est fort confortable dans l'ensemble et nous le recommandons assurément . Un regret pour la Toscane qui est une MAGNIFIQUE région: le peu d'informations en français sur place, le problème récurrent des zones ZTL et du stationnement dans les villes (très stressant et plutôt incompréhensible pour les pauvres touristes étrangers) et toutes ces superbes églises malheureusement souvent à l'entrée payante (et chère). Mais c'est certain, le coin faut le déplacement! Il faut juste avoir le porte-feuille assez bien garni sur place... Arrivederci Toscana!

Merci Michel pour toute l'appréciation de la maison et des gens. Nous essayons toujours d'offrir le meilleur de nos possibilités pour héberger au mieux. Je suis d'accord avec elle qu'une salle de bain au rez-de-chaussée aurait également été utile mais les règles l'ont empêché. Pour ce qui est de la pression d'eau à la douche, j'ai déjà appelé le plombier qui placera une nouvelle pompe plus puissante. Merci encore et j'espère vous revoir bientôt.

Belle ancienne grange rénovée simplement mais avec tout l’indispensable. Parfaite pour famille avec 2 enfants. La proximité de la gare d’Altopacio rend la visite à Florence facile et permet de découvrir une autre facette du paysage. Les incontournables ne sont pas très loin et faciles d’accès. Paysages, visites culturelles, gastronomie, tout est là. Les propriétaires sont discrets et prêts à rendre service si nécessaire avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Evidemment, nous recommandons cette maison.

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, angenehmer Gastgeber!

Die FeWo ist für bis zu vier Personen wunderbar eingerichtet. Es ist wirklich ein Ort, um zu entspannen und die Toskana mit Rad, Bahn oder Auto zu erkunden. Die Küche lädt dazu ein, selber zu kochen. Es gibt in Laufweite aber auch ein wunderbares Restaurant. Der bestuhlte Aussenbereich ist ebenfalls sehr ruhig und lädt dazu ein, ein gutes Buch oder den Reiseführer genauer zu lesen. Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief absolut reibungslos. Die Empfehlungen für die nähere Umgebung waren klasse! Alle Daumen hoch.

Wunderschöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, genau so, wie man sich die Toskana vorstellt

Im Haus, das ein eigenes Grundstück mit eigener Einfahrt hat, ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Gulio ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend aber nicht aufdringlich und hilft gern bei Fragen oder Problemen. Von Altopascio aus kann man viele tolle Ziele in der Toskana in 1-2 h Fahrt erreichen, nach Florenz fuhren wir problemlos mit dem Zug vom Bahnhof Altopascio aus direkt in die Innenstadt von Florenz.

Tutto positivo - come descritto

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni durante il ponte del 25 aprile nell'antico cascinale completamente ristrutturato e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Tutto come descritto dal proprietario, persona molto gentile , cordiale e disponibile. La struttura si trova in una zona molto tranquilla e strategica per visitare alcuni posti di estremo interesse. E' presente , all'esterno della casa, un giardino molto apprezzato da chi desidera relax. La casa e' dotata di tutto il necessario e in ottime condizioni.

Super accueil et maison adorable

La maison correspond en tout point à la description .les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et font le maximum pour que nous sentions bien. .la maison à tout le confort nécessaire et est tres bien située par rapport aux sites et aux villes telles que sienne ,Florence ,pise etc....Nous y retournons certainement car c est un vrai coup de cœur . M. Bernardini le propriétaire, nous a accueilli à 2 heures du matin avec le sourire! Son gîte est une ancienne ferme rénovée avec goût et authenticité! Vous pouvez venir vous plonger en Toscane, vous aprécierez!
