About this property
1st floor end unit 1 block to beach access and shops. Great reviews Great rates.
Can you see the bright sunrise? Can you smell the fresh, salty ocean air? Coveted oceanside Station One condo located at mile marker 8.5 between the highways (beach road and hwy 158). FIRST floor unit is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurants and shops are all right there! Enjoy the local seafood. Visit the Wright Brothers Memorial, Aquarium, first US colony, wild mustangs on the beach, Jockey's Ridge, and more!
Condo offers a king size master with private bath, and a 2nd queen bedroom with full bath. Both bedrooms lead to outside balcony.

Full kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, utensils, pots and pans. Dining room, flatware, cups, plates are all here!

We welcome the chance to allow others this little piece of relaxation! We have been coming to the OBX for several years and decided to get something a little more permanent. When it's not rented for you to enjoy, you may find us here enjoying the peace and quiet as well as taking in the awesome local restaurants!
Why they chose this property
Kill Devil Hills has a great mix of things to do and places to eat. You can do an extraordinary number of things all within a few minutes walk or drive and certainly less than an hour from most everything you'll want to try or experience. This location between the highways provides a more intimate experience to anything you'll do. Walk to get some shopping done, or walk to your soon to be favorite restaurant. Don't feel like struggling to find a place to park the car and hit the beach? You don't have to! You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes! This location has it all, including great amenities, benefits and affordable prices!
