appartement situé proche port des minimes mais bémol sur environnement immeubles en construction

Le point fort de cette location est sa localisation par rapport au port des Minimes si on aime faire un peu de marche à pied. Par contre l'environnement est décevant plusieurs immeubles étant actuellement en construction d'où des nuisances sonores et une vue inintéressante. Par ailleurs l'appartement est propre mais les prestations sont vieillottes et nécessiteraient des améliorations.

Appartement très propre, bien agencé, proche de la plage des minimes et des commerces. Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive aux messages.
