Perfect Condo For 2

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have stayed at a hotel down the beach from this condo quite a few times. The last few stays have been less than stellar, so we wanted to try something different. We worried about renting a place that was worse.All our fears were for naught. We loved this little condo! Great view of the ocean, perfect size for 2 (will hold up to 6 I think so if you have kids it's good too) and was super clean. Had the right utensils we needed in the kitchen, comfortable bed (nice mattress that doesn't bounce), and a huge TV to watch football in the evening. We will stay here again if we can get it. LOVED it!

The ocean view was excellent and the complimentary chairs and umbrella are a bonus. The unit smelled when we got there and the sofa bed/couch needs replaced. The balcony was fine but the balcony door needs replaced. They actually had a board to block the slider instead of a lock. The floor was very sticky so we wore socks and our socks were filthy. Pelican Isle is located in a quiet area and we really appreciated that. Would I stay here again? Yes if they do some updates
