The estate is walking distance to the famed Townline Beach - no need for car beach permits - certainly one of the most desired Hamptons locations (just north of Daniels on Townline)

The 1.5 acre estate is surrounded by privet hedges. You will hear nothing other than the evening ocean waves breaking on the sand. This private oasis enjoys award winning landscaping - including outdoor dining under a wisteria covered pergola - private orchard, basketball half-court and private pool area. It is the ideal summer rental, especially if you are seeking proximity to the ocean.

This is a well-maintained lovely home (all on one level) with a heated pool and beautiful landscaping. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and a short walk (about 0.5 miles) to the beach. John was an excellent host. He responded immediately to questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and other activities in the area.

Winter Beach Getaway

John's house was the perfect spot for a winter getaway. We walked to the beach, made fires in the evening and cooked a great New Year's Eve dinner for friends. And it was five minutes from Buckskill so my kids went ice skating everyday. John was a great host.

Oasis by the Ocean

I have enjoyed spending time at this spot for many years...the backyard is spectacular! Large lawn with gardens, a relaxing hammock and of course a beautiful pool...walk to the ocean (if you want to leave the yard!)..a special spot
