Beautifully renovated seven bedroom, five bath, two-story home that holds on to its 19th century architectural roots while embracing the conveniences of modern day. Well-appointed throughout, additional features include a state-of-the-art kitchen, formal dining room, three fireplaces, original floors and restored woodwork. The lush property of over an acre and a half sprawls in all directions with gardens, mature trees, as well as a heated pool with a spa, outdoor kitchen with Lynx grill and Viking refrigerator perfect for outdoor entertaining, and sunken Har-Tru tennis court just beyond the pool. Located within walking distance to the village shops and beaches.
