Pornichet, 2-room apartment: live facing the ocean

The apartment on the ground floor is fully equipped and connected: two rooms 50 sqm + private terrace with sunbeds and direct access to the beach, no road to cross, and of course the WIFI!

The sea view is superb and out of sight.

The shops are within walking distance, by the customs path, or a jog in the morning at the water's edge (5 mm to the growing ... in Sainte Marguerite) or 20 mm to Pornichet, and its legendary market ...
The car: a private parking space is reserved for you in front of the house, the bikes also have a shelter.
The environment is privileged: the beach Bonne Source, is on the "wild coast", it is facing South, in the bay of Baule, no car between you and the sea; The apartment is accessible in 2 h 45 from Paris by TGV (direct Paris la Baule or Pornichet in season) or 450 km, by road (from Paris).
In front of the house, you will find a sandy beach, a shower, a beach monitored in season, a corridor for kite surf / sailboards slightly to the right, walking towards Pornichet, more rocky areas, small coves, ideal for fishing on foot at low tide.

Wonderful location, right on a great beach

The view, south-facing porch, and ease of access to the best beach in Pornichet. Pornichet is an attractive seaside town. So many interesting places to visit in this part of South Brittany - La Briére Parc, Le Croisic, Dolmens, La Roche-Bernard but especially Les Marais Salants.

Propriétaires accueillants et très gentils, location à rdc avec terrasse protégée sans vis à vis, vue mer, nous avons mangé à tous les repas sur la terrasse, (vacances du 12 au 19.09.20). Nous reviendrons certainement l année prochaine.
