Tout était bien hormis quelques petits problèmes matériels rencontrés et signalés au propriétaire lors de la restitution de la location.

Petite maison mitoyenne

L'hébergement est situé dans un quartier calme. Le petit espace extérieur clôturé est très agréable et sécurisé pour les enfants.Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Hus var ok, men lå lidt langt væk fra by og strand. Lidt upraktisk at klædeskab var i stueetage, når soveværelse og badeværelse var på første sal. Meget stejl trappe til første sal.

Très bon séjour

Bien située, cette propriété a tout le confort nécessaire pour un excellent séjour. La proximité d'une piste cyclable permet d'envisager la découverte de l'environnement en vélo. La plage se trouve à 25mn à pied en traversant la ville de la Baule. Nous prenons déjà rendez-vous pour l'année prochaine.

Annonce manque de pécision

L'espace pour garer la voiture devant n'est pas accessible, donc pas de parking, voiture restée garée le long du trottoir. C'est une maison séparée en 2 logements totalement indépendants. Les voisins étaient très buyants toutes les nuits.

Dans mon annonce, je voulais préciser qu'il n'y avait aucun problème de stationnement mais effectivement le parking n'est pas privatif. Pour le bruit les voisins qui étaient des jeunes sont arrivés le 12 juillet qui est une période festive.

Location 2019

Location conforme à nos attentes, idéalement située. Plage, commerces, pistes cyclables etc. à proximité immédiate. Le seul petit reproche que l'on pourrait faire est un petit manque d'ustensiles de cuisine. Pour résumer : le séjour s'est très bien passé et nous recommandons cette location.

Nous sommes dans un quartier résidentiel et malheureusement la période estivale peut apporter des personnes bruyantes. C'est la première fois qu'un locataire se plaint de la nuisance sonore. Le bruit est à l'appréciation de chacun.

les vacances merveillés à Guerande

Franchement, j'ai passé une semaine inoubliable pour toute la famille, nous avons visité les coins comme construction des bateaux à saint Nazaire, la production du sel, le safari africain, un grand aquarium, la plage magnifique du Baule.... la propriétaire Mme BAHOLET était très sympa, un grand merci à elle de nous avoir fait visite un petit peu le quartier notre premier jour, elle est très simple notamment avec les autres, c'est une dame qui a dû cœur envers les autres.....

Cet appartement est parfait/spacieux pour deux personnes. L'appartement est mitoyen, mais nous n'en avons ressenti aucune gêne. Notre hôte a su être discrète et tolérante, tout en restant très disponible. Beaucoup de belles sorties à proximité. Pistes cyclables à foison. Merci pour ce beau séjour !
