The apartment is placed in a very nice area with a view to the sea. Quiet, family area. Not a lot of youngsters.No noise from night life. We stayed for 14 days. We cooked all meals every day. 200 steps to the sea. The owner was very friendly. All promises were kept. The owner speaks very good english, which is a big advantage for foreigners like us with limited skills in the French language. Everything from reservation till arrival and departure has worked to perfection. The apartment was in perfect condition. It is value for money. We enjoyed our stay and will come back.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sehr Strandpromenade nah trotzdem Verkehrsberuhigt. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Abwicklung unproblematisch.

Juste parfait !

Une expérience magnifique. C'est le résumé de notre (trop) court séjour de 5jours en août. L'emplacement de cet appartement est idéal ! Cagnes-sur-Mer est situé entre toutes les grandes stations balnéaires de la French Riviera. En train, en vélo même (jusque Nice !) Il est possible de rejoindre ces grandes villes. La plage à Cagnes-sur-Mer est juste magnifique (Galets ! Apporter des chaussures est un plus...). L'appartement en lui-même est petit mais très confortable pour un couple ! Une terrasse super agréable, frigo, cuisine équipée, salle de bain au top, petit bémol sur la literie moins confortable. Un système airco vraiment bienvenu et la télé avec la plupart des chaînes Françaises... Que demander de plus ? Ha oui, des chaises pour la plage ? Hé bien il y a ! 😊 Merci pour ces superbes vacances et à tout bientôt, pour sûr ! Gaël& Laura (Belgique)

3 superbes semaines !

Les descriptif correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous avons trouvé à notre arrivée, la cordialité du propriétaire en plus. L'appartement était parfaitement propre et en très bon état ; nous n'avons manqué de rien. Notons cependant que le balcon ne peut guère servir qu'à sécher le linge et y prendre un pot de temps en temps, car il est très petit, il y fait très chaud, et il reçoit l'échangeur du climatiseur que nous avons bien apprécié : il fait toujours bon à l'intérieur. La plage est à moins de 100 mètres, les commerces sont présents tout autour. Le soir, se promener le long de la mer jusqu'à St Laurent-du-Var pour aller y dîner ou traîner dans un bar est un vrai moment de détente et de ... vacances ! La place de parking en sous-sol est indispensable et donc bienvenue. La voiture reste au frais et on ne galère pas à se garer. Nous n'avons que de bons souvenirs et de belles photos ! PF et YA
