Everything you need but compact.

The property description is accurate and it is on a “holiday village.” The property is well equipped and clean. There were only two of us but more could be accommodated. The pool was excellent and there are lots of other activities near by for children. The weekend was busy and noisy but weekdays were more quiet. The local shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The only challenge was the steep stairs with a ground floor toilet. Overall good value for money, with helpful hosts and good amenities.

Charmante petite maison dans copropriété avec piscine

Le logement est conforme à la description. Idéalement placé, à proximité de la plage. Les propriétaires nous ont accueilli chaleureusement avec des gourmandises et de précieux conseils. La piscine est très agréable. Je recommande vivement.

Wunderschön

Trotz dem teilweise schlechten Wetter konnten wir die herrliche Meerluft und den Aufenthalt genießen. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich liebenswert und freundlich. Ein feiner traditioneller Kuchen, Wasser, spritziger Cidre aus der Region und Apfelsaft waren Willkommensgeschenke. Ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen.

une semaine agréable

Nous avons passé une bonne semaine (aout 2023), la météo était variable (50% de beau et chaud, 40% soleil et nuage et 10% de brume/pluie). La proximité des plages du kérou et béllangenet est formidable. Pour les surfeurs la plage du kérou sera le paradis. Un skate parc à 100m de la location fera le bonheur des rideurs. Pour les apéros/planches/glaces, je vous conseil le quartier libre à 80m de la location. La piscine de la résidence est propre et de taille satisfaisante pour les grands et les petits (2 bassins). Pour les amateurs de voile/canoé la base de voile du pouldu est tres proche. Pour diner, face à la marée haute, le port de Gidel et de Doelant sont tiptop. Possibilité d'aller sur l'ile de Groix depuis Doelant. Selon moi, Il manque un barbecue dans la location, pour se faire griller un poisson, mais il y a une grande marmite pour cuire une araignée de mer. N'espérez pas faire du télétravail dans le logement, car il n'y a pas de réseau téléphonique, seul les SMS passent. il y a bien une clé 4G pour avoir du WIFI, mais le signal est faible. Bilan : logement fonctionnel, proximité de la plage, coupure quotidien, paysages magnifiques et occupations variées

Séjour très agréable

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympa. La plage est très proche à quelques pas du logement et la piscine à côté une belle occasion de plus. La région offre tous activités auprès de la mer mais aussi culturelles, il y a beaucoup de marchés. Pour les familles avec des enfants, on trouve des activités pour chacun.

Un excellent séjour à deux pas de la mer

La location est parfaite pour une petite famille avec de jeunes enfants. Très bien équipée, sécurisée et calme, nous y reviendrons sans hésitation ! De plus Marie-Hélène et Jean-Yves les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentionnés.

Confortable et très bien situé

Très agréable, le logement est confortable, et très bien équipé pour une famille (lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, lit bébé, chaise haute, lecteur dvd...) L’emplacement est idéal, à 5 minutes à pied de la mer dans une résidence agréable avec piscine. Nous reviendrons sûrement !

Sympathique gîte à quelques mètres des plages.

Petit gîte, idéalement placé au abord des magnifiques plages du Pouldu. Dans la location, il ne manque rien. C'est pas très grand mais c'est très bien agencé. Malheureusement nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine de la résidence, fermée pour cause sanitaire : maudite Covid !
