Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Heavenly Heights is a very beautiful cabin. We had 8 adults and 7 kids from ages 12-4. We were able to spread out with the 4 king bedrooms. The bunk room was very nice for the kids. The theater room was a great hangout for both adults and kids. We also enjoyed the hot tub. However, the cabin does need some TLC. It needs a good deep clean and some attention to details. We found several objects under the couches that did belong to us. Some of the floor boards need to be replaced. Also some boards on the deck have become soft. We also had to replace a batterty in one of the smoke detectors. The mountain view was beautiful! Some upper branches need to be trimmed to enhance the view. We also had a Mama bear and her three cubs that made daily visits. We enjoyed seeing them.I would give the property 3.5 stars. A little love and deep clean would bring this property up to 5 stars.

Beautiful location

Perfect location if you enjoy being off the beaten path and enjoy seeing nature. We saw bears just about every single day and everything felt very secluded. House was a great size for us and our extended family. We felt cleanliness could have been a little better but we didn't let it deter us from still having a wonderful time. Would definitely book with this company again!

However, the cabin feels like you are the only ones on the mountain. We saw several black bears around the cabin, we didn't bother them and they didn't bother us.

The property was perfect for our family. The views were spectacular from all 3 decks. The fire pit was enjoyed and it was perfect. Everything we needed was in the house and there were plenty of kitchen essentials. Maintenance came within hours to fix an issue we had. Communication was excellent with the staff at Rlk Springs Resort. Would highly recommend Heavenly Heights for a wonderful time.

June family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was great the view was beautiful and had enough space for everyone. The grill was out of propane though and we had some issues with a few of the toilets. Also we could never figure out where the thermostat was for the bottom floor so it was really cold down there. We couldn't get the projector to stay on or the ice machine. But overall everyone had a great time we made smores and hot dogs on fire pit.

A great unplugged experience

Reviewer Comments: I celebrated my 40th bday with a few girlfriends over the weekend and it was one of the best experiences as I was able to enjoy God's splendor all while being comfortable in such a beautiful cabin home. Extremely spacious and comfortable.
