KKSR3301-DIRECT OCEAN FRONT, 3 BDRM, 3 BTH -INCREDIBLE VIEWS!


Our condo is located in the KEAUHOU KONA SURF & RACQUET COMPLEX and is one of VERY FEW units that HAS 3 BEDROOMS and 3 BATHROOMS and IS DIRECT OCEANFRONT! And Now offers A/C to guests that want it- read below.

Unit 3-301 is a 1700 sq foot END UNIT located on the third floor of a three story building . It has 20 ft vaulted ceilings, a loft and a very private WRAP AROUND TILED LANAI.

NOTE: NO ELEVATOR. Requires walking up 3 flights of stairs.

The unit is directly on the ocean so it has a good flow of ocean and mountain breezes throughout.
There are ceiling fans in all the bedrooms, kitchen, dining, living areas and on the lanai.

For guests that want the OPTION OF A/C-it is available in all the all the BEDROOMS AND THE LIVING AREA for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $25 per day. (Electricity in Hawaii is really expensive)

Since purchasing the condo in May 2014 we have added new living room, dinning room, beds and bedroom furnishings and have decorated the unit with amazing art work by the local artists which gives the unit the Aloha Spirit feeling!

The kitchen has been completely renovated with Cherry cabinets, granite counter tops and new appliances. In November 2018 the major renovation of the lanai doors, windows, tile and bamboo flooring and 2 of the bathrooms were completed.

Master bdrm- king sized bed and opens onto the oceanfront lanai.
Second bdrm - queen sized bed and mountain view.
Loft bedroom- queen sized bed, large bathroom with shower.

The condo is equipped with 2 large TV's, lots of movies, books and games.

It includes FREE Unlimited Telephone calling within the USA and Canada

Unlimited high speed internet

Wrap around lanai is furnished with a comfy lounger and has casual seating for eight, which provides a relaxing spot for watching the whales and dolphins.
The lanai faces directly west for viewing the famous Hawaiian sunsets.
The lanai provides a panoramic view of the ocean and coastlines and a spectacular 'WAVE SHOW' during high surf.
Being only 50 feet from the water's edge, the sounds of the surf and scent of the pacific fill the air for a Hawaiian vacation experience you won't forget!

Located in Keauhou in a quiet gated property, this oceanfront complex sits on 17 prime acres with coconut palms and lush tropical landscaping. It has three lighted professional tennis courts, pickle ball, a large pool area, social pavilions and barbecue areas. This ideal location allows you to walk to shopping, restaurants, cinemas and Kahaluu beach, one of the best snorkel beaches on the island!

The complex borders the famous Kona Golf & Country Club.

Could not have been more perfect. With two young adult children, the three bedrooms and three bathrooms made for comfortable stay for all. Everything was clean, spacious and in perfect working order. Comfortable beds, large kitchen and dinning room for cooking and falling asleep to the sounds of crashing waves. Didn't need the AC in January with breeze, stairs were good exercise for us young and young at heart. Highly recommended for family stays.

Relaxing Stay

Beautiful place to stay, relax and unwind. Owner is easy to work with. Everything you need is right there in condo. Go to Walmart for anything you need priced very reasonable.. Be aware that most everything closes down early evening on the island.

Beautiful Oceanfront Condo

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo. Other than sleeping, we probably spent 90% of our time on the lanai. What a beautiful view of the breaking waves! Everything about this property is exceptional.

Great ocean-front place

Loved Shawna's place. Everything was great, especially the sound of the ocean and the views! The place is really close to Kahalu'u beach, which has good options for snorkelling. The place is stocked with equipments for Tennis, boogie boards, pool noodles, which was very convenient. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Ocean front Condo

Everything We Hoped For & More

Being able to see and hear the ocean was such a complete experience and a wonderful property to boot! Home came with everything you need for snorkeling, beach time, racquet sports or simply relaxing by the pool. The only problem was that our trip went by too quickly.

The condo was well located, and the view was amazing. I was very happy to have added a/c, we needed it here. The breezes were good but not enough on their own.The place was not clean enough. Pots and pans were old and blackened. The microwave handle was broken and difficult to use. The loft bedroom bathroom lights were missing and non-LED-so hot I couldn't turn them on without added heat to an already hot room.Even though we were on the third floor-we had several roaches scurrying around. The pest treatment needs to be stronger and/or more often.The condo had beautiful artwork and the furnishings were comfortable and attractive-loved the dining room table!Thank you for sharing your place.

Great for three generational family!

The 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms were perfect for our family - grandparents, parents, and two daughters. We each had our getaway space and spacious common spaces. The kitchen was very well equipped and the lanai was great for watching the magnificent sunsets! Loved the location and the resort. Our second time at the resort and would definitely stay here again! I do recommend the a/c in August.

We have been coming to Kona on vacation for the past 35 years staying in various condos on the Big Island. The Keauhou area became our favourite spot, and ten years ago we purchased a two week timeshare at the Kona Coast Resort nearby. We have enjoyed many wonderful family vacations during our annual 2 weeks at the timeshare. Since our boys are now young adults we want to spend more time in Kona so decided to purchase this unit at the Kona Surf and Racquet Club. We plan to eventually make Kona our second home.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property because of its prime ocean front location in Keauhou, close to shopping, beaches and many other activities, but at the same time within a quiet, secure and very friendly complex. This specific unit was chosen because of the spectacular views, its spaciousness and its homey feeling.
