Very good property in a great location

We travelled as a family, kids are 14 and 12. Property and unit were just as advertised. Common areas were kept at a high standard and the unit was very clean. Staff were very pleasant, efficient and the concierge (Eduardo) was awesome. Most of the best restaurants are within walking distance and the beach is two blocks down the hill. We had a couple minor issues that were delt with immediately which was a nice surprise. My son broke a small marble coffee table so I was waiting for the battle over costs at checkout. I was pleasantly surprised again, they were very fair with what they wanted for compensation so it turned out to be a non issue. Not all is perfect though. On the negative side there is some constuction noise, knives are dull and not enough variety of them (wont matter if your not cooking) and there is no sun on the balcony until it just about sets. Overall I would highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful property, with issues

The Pinnacle properties in PV are quite lovely. If you're looking for a higher-end experience, I would recommend them. That said, I would NOT recommend this particular unit, nor any units on this side of the building. The description and photos of this property are misleading. What they're not showing you is the massive (6 floors?) building they're constructing across the street. It not only blocks the view of the ocean, but the noise from the construction is extremely disruptive. There's no mention of this anywhere in the listing. Had we known about this we would have never booked this property. After complaining to management about it, we were moved to another room higher up for a few nights, but we had to move back for the final night. This gave us a nice view but didn't address the construction noise below. While there isn't anything that can be done about this, I would have appreciated some honesty in the description and photos. What you're seeing here is NOT what you're getting. Also... be prepared for a lot of dust. The wind carries dust from the construction site into this unit, so expect your feet to be black in short order.

What a beautiful condo with extraordinary views.

The condo was gorgeous with great views. The only reason it is not getting 5 stars is due to the management of the property. We only had 4 towels in a 2 bedroom which were not cleaned at all or left by the staff in the washer wet so when we came off the beach we could not shower. After speaking to the curt lady manager about this several times with no response we just starting washing them ourselves every morning and putting them in the dryer before we left. Our stay was a full 2 weeks and our sheets where never changed or cleaned. We had friends in another building which we invited over for cocktails. They were required to hand over their driver's license and were kept by management until they left the building but another group right before them were allowed to go up without it. The condo was cleaned every day very well except for sheets and linens. And again - Awesome Views!

Recientemente me hospede en este condominio y todo estuvo magnifico, la habitacion super bonita totalmente equipada y con una vista magnifica, la aberca y el bar super relajante y el staff super amable y atento nos ayudaron en todo lo que solicitamos, definitivamente quiero regresar y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Lovely Place!

We stayed in 202, a beautiful apartment with two bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, terrace with grill. I loved it! Very comfortable. I had maid service every day. All staff are very friendly, helpful. The place has a perfect location, everything is very close, you can walk right through the romantic area. Everyone has to visit the pinnacle properties.

Todo estuvo excelente. Desde la llegada nos sentimos como en casa. La atención del staff estuvo muy bien desde el inicio y nos hicieron sentir bienvenidos. La habitación sobresaliente en cuanto a diseño interior, todo en su lugar, muy limipio y cómodo. La vista desde nuestra terraza nos permitió gozar de toda la ciudad. Simplemente maravilloso.

Ame este Condominio, Totalmente Recomendado, me alojé con mi novio por una semana con la intencion de un Escaparate Romantico y LO LOGRAMOS! El staff excedió nuestras expectativas, hemos viajado bastante y siempre reservamos propiedades directo de los dueños , siempre hemos tenido buenas experiencias pero esta fue excepcional! Muchas gracias a Daniela Zamora por el arreglo floral y nuestra camarista Marcela, porque les tengo que decir que tuvimos servicio de limpieza todos los dias. MUCHAS GRACIAS!
