Panoramic Ocean View in a Beachfront Luxury Home

This modern 2500 square foot vacation rental has a panoramic ocean view. Sitting on the 26th Avenue Beach, it is located between the Capitola and Santa Cruz piers just west of Pleasure Point. (County Permit #231534)

The AwesomeView is situated on a point which sets the home farther out towards the ocean than any of the multi-million dollar homes on either side, so you have a complete 180 degree panoramic view of the ocean. Whether during the day when the sun sparkles off the water or in the evening when the moon's reflection is captured in the silver lining curl of the waves, the view is breathtaking and will command your attention often during your stay.

Every room, except the bathrooms, has an ocean view. Even when cooking or washing the dishes, you can enjoy the ocean's entertainment from the peacefulness of the breaking waves to the plethora of wildlife such as sea otters, porpoises, a variety of birds, and of course, the surfers who find the shore-break in front of our home one of the best in Santa Cruz.

The home has three bedrooms plus a kid’s sleeping area, three full bathrooms, three living rooms, three TV’s (75" LG in living room and 55" downstairs kid's room, and one HDTV in master bedroom), Xfinity Cable for WiFi Mesh Network and more. Our goal is to provide supreme accommodations for an awesome vacation. Please contact us to see if our home is available for your special time.

This is a townhome with an agreement with the HOA that we will not have any more than 8 people including day guests.
A Wedding or other party cannot be held at this property. There is very limited parking and common area is shared with other owners.

Why they chose this property

We wanted to have a beachfront home that is close to where we live so that we can visit it easily to perform work on it as well as make it lovely for our guests.

What makes this property unique

There are very few homes with southern facing ocean front views, and very few that are available for a vacation rental. Once you experience the views at this home, you too will give it the name of our initial guests -- AwesomeView! There is always activity on the water including a pod of porpoises passing by, sea otters, birds diving for fish, and surfers enjoying the best shore break in Santa Cruz.

The home is arranged to provide a large open and free-flowing space for your family and friends to gather that encompasses the entire upper level plus has a private master bedroom suite. If you are not outside--easy access to the beach and our private spa, or sleeping, the group will gather upstairs. Of course, with kids, there is another area for them when you want to have them watch TV or play video games downstairs.
