I rented out this house for my wedding. My groomsmen, and their significant others stayed with me. The house and location were all great. The only hiccup came in that one of the rooms we expected there to be a second bed, per the listing, and there was only 1 bed, which cause us to have to use a air mattress in the living room. We had the exact max of 10 people, but since there was 1 less bed, we still had to pivot with our plans. The property manager was great at responding and it all worked out.

Can’t say enough good things about this house. From the wide open floor plan to the very well stocked kitchen. Then there is a huge yard with lots of places to plant your body. The swimming pool of course the main highlight for the days activities. Lots of wineries and stuff around but no need to leave the house. Definitely a 10 out of 10.

Summer getaway - great outdoor grounds

Overall, this is a great place to come with a family for a summer getaway - the backyard has a playground, lawn for kicking around a ball, warm heated pool, hot tub and nice shaded veranda for lounging and watching the kids and for outdoor family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/gadgets for cooking and we liked the open floor plan. We really appreciate the owners being very responsive and making our stay comfortable.

Family get away weekend

We loved the privacy of the property. Also, all the different venues outside to sit. The pool was enjoyed by all, especially the teenagers. The house accommodated all 10 of us very well. The kitchen was huge and easy to navigate and work in. We also liked the sleepy town of Cloverdale.

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great time! The pool area and kitchen are as beautiful as the pictures depicted. Our only complaint was, there were a lot of wasps around. There were a couple nests in the umbrellas, but no one was stung. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! We will definitely be back!

Perfect Cloverdale Home

The property is amazing. We were outside most of the time. We enjoyed the pool and play structure and hanging out under the awning with the comfortable patio furniture. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and some extra goodies from the host. Thank you Pamela. The house is very spacious with room for everyone to hang out. We will be back. Mom's 60th Birthday

We had a great time at this property. This is an entertaining house, the backyard & kitchen specifically are a dream for groups and kids. We had a blast in the pool and at the firepit, watching movies on the outside projector! Although the pool is saltwater it has no smell & didn't sting eyes and the temperature was amazing. The welcome booklet with information is slightly chaotic, you can tell some was written as general instructions for the business' properties not specifically for this house, but everything was exlained well enough. All in all, this was an excellent weekend and I look forward to staying again in the future.

Amazing Home

My family and I stayed at this amazing home. It has everything you need. Kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of. Bedrooms are big with room for cribs. Backyard play structure and pool are great. We were outside the whole time. Lots of room to play. Pam is wonderful to work with and gave plenty of suggestions for shopping and restaurants around the area. We will be back for a third year. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful home. Overall, we would book this property again. Annual girls trip-10 momsPositives: Pool was great, already warm when we got there. Plenty of seating for everyone. Location was picturesque. Views from the front deck for the sunset and great outdoor space in the back. Remodeled kitchen-well stocked for cooking. (Add a citrus squeezer) Living space fit everyone comfortably.Check-in instructions noted limited supply of TP and paper towels. Upon arriving each bathroom had addl 4 rolls and kitchen had 2 new rolls Prompt communicationOpportunities:Better and nicer instructions. Could not figure out how to turn on the lights outside by the pool or how to fill the hot tub. Instructions noted that there could be an ant problem and "to use common sense and go to the hardware store to buy poison". If there's a known ant issue (we didn't have) perhaps supply ant poison or traps. Oven did not work well at all. It can't be relied on for cooking. Fridge wasn't super cold and we couldn't figure out how to lower it.Shampoo listed as included. 1 hotel mini size in each bathroom is not sufficient for 10 people for 3 nightsOnly 5 cars allowed at the property, not shown on listing. 6-7 could easily fit. Had to scramble to carpool.Requested early check-in. Cost was 200 to arrive at 1p, felt like a money grab. Morning of we were notified at 10a that property was open and ready, which we weren't able to use since we'd had to arrange carpools. Would've been nice to have a heads up

Good and bad

Beautiful property and surroundings except the old carpets in the bedrooms. Upon arrival no bathroom amenities and paper towel in the kitchen. Management promised delivery of said items ASAP which took half day. Our stay would be so much more pleasant if more than one paper towel and Kleenex were provided! ( Even Motel 6 provides Kleenex.)

Absolute Gem

Our group of 6 adults and 3 kids (ages 3-9) stayed for 4 nights and had a great stay. We didn’t need anything - kitchenware, utensils, all things we needed to cook (except for food, oil) was there. We didn’t run out of dishes and utensils when dishwasher was running, with more than enough indoor dishes and outdoor dishes for our group to use throughout the day. More than enough cleaning supplies were there, like spray cleaner, dishwasher pods, detergent, trash bags, a vacuum cleaner. They supplied a nice set of shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion, as well as plenty of towels. Rooms and bedding felt clean, and one of our guests even said the bed was nice and firm, unlike other places with sagging mattresses, and not lumpy pillows. More than enough space to spread out, with two very large common areas to hang out inside and out. It was HOT outside 3 of 4 days but A/C kept us comfortable inside when we needed a break from the heat. The house had some puzzles and games to keep us occupied. Best part was the outside. Pool was nice and warm, kids never wanted to get out! It was clean, with a nice shady area to sit. A lot of places to sit, nice working BBQ (with tools!), and large grassy areas to run around and play. The outdoor movie area was a huge plus! The host/manager was very responsive throughout our stay. We had some questions and a couple problems (not the fault of the house) all resolved quickly. Would definitely book again.

Memorial Day weekend Getaway

We celebrated my sister getting married at this house and had an incredible time. The kitchen was the perfect size to host our group of 10 ladies and was the common area for us all to hang out, eat and enjoy girl time. The pool and hot tub in the backyard were perfect for just enjoying each other’s company and the sunshine. The backyard is beautiful and spacious enough for us to host a yoga class. The best part though, were the neighbor goats. I loved seeing them every morning on the hill grazing. We had a few hiccups with our stay but nothing that the property manager didn’t immediately address. Our first issue was trying to get the key out of the lock box, but once we called they gave us a different code to try and it worked - someone must’ve forgotten to update the code after the previous guests. The other issue, the electricity was out in a portions of the master suite side of the house. We tried to hit the breaker ourselves to see if that was the problem, but that didn’t fix it. A few hours later the property manager sent out their handymen to take a look and it ended up being an issue where an electrician was needed. We mentioned we weren’t in an urgent need of this to be fixed because it was about 8pm on a Friday night at this point, but they still sent someone out. He was there for maybe 30 minutes and was able to fix the electrical issue. We were very pleased with the communication and the quick response of the property manager and their team.

Very Nice Living, Gross Sleeping, Horrible Management

I went with my family (wife, 3 kids under 5) and my brothers family (wife and two kids under 5). The outside area was great for the kids, very happy. The kitchen was nice and open. Obviously, we had to cook so it was nice having the kitchen. However, we arrived to a half roll of paper towels and hand soap that only got us through the first night. I've never stayed at a rental that didnt provide enough of these for your stay. The rest of the main shared living was fine. The master bedroom was pretty much disgusting. The carpets had stains on them everywhere and big sections of them were pulling up off the ground creating a ridge (for lack of a better term). The bathroom was pretty gnarly as well. It honestly felt like I was in a Motel 8 at best. The bed sheets were like sandpaper and towels were cheap and very small for body towels. The worst of all was how the management handle it. I wrote complaining about the carpet and they wrote back saying "most people appreciate the living and outdoor space and do not prioritize the bedrooms." I sent them a video and pictures to fully express how gross the carpets, vanities and doors in the bedroom looked and they just threatened me that they would "go over the house with a fine tooth comb" because I brought a service animal with me. I wish I could post pictures to show. The house overall is fine if you dont care about your bedrooms at all. Management very rude. Not worth the amount of money that they charge.

Nice house but horrible property management and customer service, ad is misleading.

House is very nice and as pictured but disappointing experience. Healdsburg Property Management did a horrible job and misleads consumers. Its not 15 min from Healdsburg its 25-30 min. based on how long it took us to drive it and Google maps which doesn't lie! When we complained that the ad was misleading the property management company accused us of try to scam them and that we were wrong. Really not a great way to handle it. I have since learned some property management firms will intentionally quote short times to rent homes. With young kids a 50 min round trip is different than a 30 min round trip. There were also a lot of bees/wasps when we went in August which made it impossible to eat dinner outside. My 3 year old was bitten twice and her wrist swelled to the size of a baseball. and mother once. Again we were told it doesn't happen and to go buy a wasp trap. Whoever is the owner of this property should get a new management company, period. Will never rent through this company again! Very disappointing. Email Response from the property management company below judge for yourself: We feel you are scamming us. Your quote its not possible to do over any of the roads, so that's an untruth. We go back and forth routinely. We live here. We know the roads and distances, and know the time of 15 min. is correct. Second the bees - we cannot control bees and their habits. There are no nests, and have been no problem up until your complaint. Go to the hardware store and get some yellow jacket traps if they are swarming you. Are you swimming? You must be, right? And you're not stung out there, so obviously if the beekeeper was a problem they would be at the pool, too. We haven't had any complaints before yours which either indicates you're fabricating or the bees are in some sort of natural patterns, which I can't control, like other pests in the country they come and go. I believe all you wanted was a discount from the get go.

Great property and excellent management. Prompt response to question. Neat, clean, nicely appointed. Kitchen has everything you need for preparing food. Pool is the BEST! Perfect temp - refreshing but not cold. Great fun to watch movie on the back patio with the fire feature. Lovely soft throws everywhere for cool evenings. Beds were comfy, not hard. One bathroom very convenient to the pool and backyard. Little ones loved the play structure. Very, very happy with our stay.

Beautiful Home

The property was amazing. Pam was wonderful to work with and her tips on stores and restaurants were so helpful. Everything was close by to the home. We were outside the whole time swimming, playing on the play structure, watching movies and roasting marshmallows. Everything was perfect and we had a lovely time. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms had plenty of room in them for my grown children to have a playpen/crib for their toddlers to sleep in. Highly recommend the property.

Small family, who love to get away to Cloverdale. The girls ask 'is it Clover day?' meaning are we going to the house this weekend.

Why they chose this property

We were struck by this property for is views across Alexander Valley, and for the secluded rear nestled in an amphitheater surrounded by Oaks.

Asti is between Cloverdale and Geyserville, two lovely small towns, with wine at their heart without pretensions.

What makes this property unique

If you can, go to the Cloverdale live music Friday Nights. If arriving on a Friday get here early and start your stay with music, food and art.
The house and grounds offers a great retreat for families, lots of exploring to be done, and a lawn for games, a pool for fun games and swimming.
There are lots of zones to enjoy the peace and quiet.
