Excellent seaside basis for visiting southern Brittany

Magnificent southward location directly above beaches, almost no traffic on narrow street promenade in front of the 3 storey house. Marvellous view from generous living room first floor and adjacent big terrace. Equipment complete except for WiFi (expectable nowadays, lacking should be indicated in offer), walls of bedrooms in second floor not really soundproof, refurbishing of second floor rooms including doors desirable.

Das Haus hat eine unglaublich schöne Lage. Der Blick vom Balkon ist zu jeder Tageszeit und bei jedem Wetter traumhaft. Die Küche war perfekt ausgestattet, man kann wirklich alles kochen. Der Esstisch ist der einzige Kritikpunkt- die Tischplatte ist uneben und man hat dadurch Probleme an der Frontseite zu sitzen. Aber das schmälert nicht den Gesamteindruck. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und 11 wunderbare Tage verbracht.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Larmor-Plage. L’accueil a été chaleureux et la communication avec l’hôte fluide et réactive.Le logement était parfaitement propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description.L’emplacement est idéal : à deux pas de la plage, proche des commerces et dans un quartier calme.Mention spéciale pour la terrasse très agréable en fin de journée.Nous recommandons vivement cette location et y reviendrons avec plaisir lors d’un prochain passage dans la région

Die Lage alleine macht es nicht aus…

Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr schwierig und es gab kein Entgegenkommen in vielen Punkten.Im Inserat stand, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher bereitgestellt werden - dafür wurden 135,- verlangt, was ein Tippfehler war, denn am Ende waren es 180,- zusätzlich. Im Haus gab es bei der Ankunft kein Toilettenpapier, eine Wc-Brille hat gefehlt, wurde auch während der ganzen Woche nicht repariert. Es gab kein Spülmittel für das Geschirr, auch keine Geschirrspültabs…

Superbe vue sur la baie de Lorient

Location conforme au descriptif et aux photos. (les "draps fournis, serviettes fournies" vu dans le descriptif ne sont pas fournis, pas de wifi, mais ça, c'est noté ;-)) Nous étions 4 couples de sexagénaires. La chambre avec deux lits jumeaux est un peut petite et il y a peut de rangement, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé. La cuisine/salle à manger est bien équipée et très agréable. Les "équipements" permettent de manger à 8 adultes sans problèmes. Le jardinet aurait mérité une petite tonte.La vue depuis le grand balcon du premier étage fait tout son intérêt. La localisation permet de rayonner vers Concarneau et vers Vannes à à peut prés 1h00 de voiture. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de besoin.Nous avons passé un excellent séjour d'une semaine, sous le soleil. Nous recommandons cette location

Une vue magnifique

Nous avons séjourné chez Isabelle pour venir fêter un anniversaire en Bretagne, nous y sommes resté une semaine. La maison est face à la mer, on ne peut pas être plus proche de l’eau, quel bonheur de se coucher le soir et se lever le matin avec cette vue. La maison est très bien équipée et parfaite pour une famille.

Un week-end magnifique dans une maison bien entretenue avec une vue mer époustouflante, reposante. Balades au bord de plage, commerces à proximité et marché le dimanche matin . Très bon contact et échanges avec la propriétaire. C’est la 2 eme fois que nous louons cette maison et je pense qu’il y en aura dautres !
