Great Family Vacation!

This was our first family ski trip, and this property was perfect for us! The place was very clean, the location was amazing (ski in/ski out was unbelievable easy for the kids!), and we would book again!

Spring Skiing

We had a nice stay here. Easy access to the slopes which allowed us to stop off to ditch our jackets as the sun warmed us up in the late morning. Easy walk down to some fun apres ski and dinner spots at the bottom of the mountain. Ski lockers were in a nice location right by the exit door. Needs a new coffee pot, but other than that everything worked fine.

Great Location with a Few Issues

The location was perfect for skiing. The place was just as pictured, very cozy. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the mountain during our stay.However, we had a few issues with the hot water not working, and trucks working in the middle of the night keeping us up (10pm - 2am). When we messaged the host, we got a premade standard message back, “apologizing for the inconvenience”, and telling us to call the front desk to do anything about the issue. Then we were on hold for over 30 minutes, just to be told they’d put a ticket in for the issue. At the end of our stay, the front desk did note the issues, so hopefully these will be resolved for future guests. Overall a good experience, with a couple issues.

Cozy, clean, and convenient for skiing!

Property was just as described. Great for ski in/ski out with beautiful views. Spotlessly cleaned, and very nicely decorated. It felt very inviting! We only had two people and it was perfect. Would work for four, but anymore would be very tight. Only recommendation is the master could use a pillow upgrade. Otherwise, this unit is very nice!

Lovely stay

This condo was a great place to stay for our family. They had all the amenities we could need. Lovely view from the balcony. Each morning we awoke to the hot air balloons and 1 morning we got to see the jets in formation for the air show! Close to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. We were not here for the skiing but if we were we would be all set. You are on the mountain and the ski lifts are practically out your front door. Love the fully stocked kitchen, it even had a crock pot to make soup on a chilly afternoon. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to area.

LOVE THIS CONDO!

Our family has rented this condo many times for summer fun and plan to return this summer. The condo is clean and comfortable. We consider it to be our Colorado home. We visit in the summers to enjoy the area's hiking, biking and horseback riding. This condo gives us a terrific view of the mountain with a balcony to enjoy coffee in the mornings watching the hot air balloons rise over the valley and great sunsets with a glass of wine at night. The condo is an easy walk to the ski area with great shops and restaurants. It is a short drive to the market and into the main street of town. Highly recommend this comfortable piece of paradise.

Awesome Location

Just steps away from the green slope, this unit was very, very convenient. After a long day on the slopes, we actually skied straight to the 1st floor entrance, walked no more than 30 feet to our ski locker, and took the elevator to the 4th floor. Kitchen was well stocked and the furnishings were adequate. The beds are on the firmer side but good for the aching back. The only challenge is the master bathroom. It’s small with the sink in the bedroom. Hence, the toilet and shower is crammed into a small space so larger persons may want to use the other bathroom. However, the heater was nice and had plenty of hot water since the unit had its own large water tank. Highly recommend to others.

Perfect location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. We wanted to spoil ourselves with ski in/ski out and this unit checks the box. Short walk to the ski hill, quick downhill to the base area and we could snowboard right to the back door of the complex! Quick and easy walk to the village with several restaurants and ice skating. We also learned that Steamboat has night skiing!! It was fun to watch the lifts & gondolas running from the living room & deck. We are a family of 3 and had plenty of space to relax and the kitchen was well stocked. I also love how well-built these older units are, never heard our neighbors! Our only issue was the extremely uncomfortable bed in the primary bedroom. When I mentioned it to the management company they seemed to take my complaint seriously so hopefully they address that issue. If they replace the bed we would definitely stay again!

Excellent Condo for small ski trip

The location is fantastic and will be hard to beat. The condo itself is nice, and worked well for 3 adult men. Perfect fit for a smaller friends trip, or a family trip. Wasn't a huge deal but the "Clothes Dryer" is in a communal laundry room on the first floor (this unit is on the 4th).

We really loved the location!! Would definitely stay again! Nice setup in the kitchen, could have used a few more spatulas. Bathrooms were very small but clean! Would be great to have a washer and dryer in the unit, especially for ski season!

The unit has been remodeled and sleeps 5-6 comfortably. The location is excellent on the hill, it is ski in/out for sure and just up the hill from T-bar. On the downside the outside of building and hallway feels like an a college dorm from the 60s, the hot tub is nice but only maybe 4 people can fit in it and it is shared with the entire building. For the price it was worth it with my buddies, but I wouldn't bring my family there

Steamboat stay

I would say overall the trip to Steamboat was outstanding save for a couple of hiccups. We enjoyed all of the activities and found Steamboat to be a great place with a great atmosphere. We did snowmobiling, tubing and skiing and I highly recommend this place to all. The condo was great being right off of the ski lift and it was easily accessible to skiing. We did arrive and found that the refrigerator was not working properly and lost a good amount of spoiled food. I would say Retreatia was quick to reimburse us for the spoiled food but it did make the trip a little more cumbersome with trying to find affordable restaurants for a full family. The condo was comfortable but was a little weird in configuration, but definitely usable and comfortable. The one very high and mentionable complaint is the main bedroom mattress was exceptionally hard to the point of painful. If you like rock hard mattresses, this is the place for you. If you like a softer space, this mattress will cause pain within your body. I think a frame was set and concrete was poured into this bed, it was so hard. If the mattress was replaced with one utilized for humans, I would rent this place again.

Great Ski in place with an incredible view.

The five of us had a great experience in this two bed, two bath unit. The view from the patio was amazing. All the amenities were fantastic along with the Ski locker. The beds were firm and comfy. Will definitely come back.

The entire building is old and needs some TLC. The unit we were in was small, really tight for 4 people. Bathrooms were the same, way too small. The balcony looked unstable and we were concerned about two people on the balcony at the same time in chairs the size for children. Would not recommend nor return to this property.
