Entry Level
The entry level is spacious and bright with spectacular natural views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, granite counters and stainless appliances. The tastefully furnished great and dining rooms showcase a 2-story wall of glass. Two of the three bedrooms and the first of two bathrooms, including the laundry, are located on this level as well as the deck.

Upper Level (2nd Story)
The upper level houses the spacious master suite and second bathroom. Richly appointed, the suite features a king size pillow top bed, exquisite furnishings, sitting area with sectional couch/ twin pullout, entertainment center and private deck.

Bathrooms
The property hosts 2 bathrooms. The entry level, a bath/ shower combo. The upper, a luxurious walk-in shower with bench. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry and framed mirrors. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and (2) hair dryers.

Amazing cabin!!!

Beautiful cabin!! The tree and porch are amazing. Large family space for fun!! Lot of noise sectors around the home, lots only thing that kept us from total vacation relax mode. Made us feel like we were be listened too. Other than that a awesome place

Great time

We had a blast staying in the cabin! We hung out in lake arrowhead town and up at Big Bear lake. Friday night we got see JourneyUSA TRIBUTE band which was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. It is exactly as pictured and had the peace and quiet we were after for a long weekend getaway. We highly recommend this place!

Great A frame close to the village

A group of friends stayed for Oktoberfest. We walked to the Village and had BBQs at the house. Very clean and the host was great! We’re coming back!!!

Close walk to Lake and village

House was clean and close to Lake/shopping dining. The Lake association's Covid rules limited some of the normal access but we found lots of things to do including in the surrounding areas. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Quaint & clean Lake Arrowhead cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. The property was equipped with a great variety of cooking pans and utensils which is always so helpful and ample entertainment options which we used since the weather was poor. Close to village and grocery store.

We enjoyed our stay so much we didn't want to leave. Beautiful house! Had everything you need. Property Owner was great and responsive! We will definitely look into going back and hopefully staying at the same house.

Beautiful property, great location

Beautiful cabin with great view of the trees to watch wildlife and enjoy the peaceful setting. Externally well appointed with everything you need for comfort, cooking, entertainment. Very good WiFi connection. The AC was a pleasant surprise and nice during some hot days in the mountain. Very helpful and responsive property manager. Perfect for a week getaway!

Immaculate house

This house was amazing.! Everything was perfect! We followed the owners restaurant advice and went to the sports grille for the best burgers. We hung out at the dock all day and night and our kids had the best time. We will definately tent this house or one of the others. We also loved the bluejays on the balcony. It was such a wonderful time.

First class all the way

Beautiful property with all the amenities you need. Everything is top of the line. The home comfortably fit my family of 7 adults. Plenty of space to eat and play games. Quick drive into the Village. Spent a good amount of time fishing and kayaking at the dock. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend this place. We look forward to returning to this, or another one of Jon’s properties.

Beautiful retreat at Lake Arrowhead

This house is seriously beautiful and comfortable. From the decorations, to the variety of books to read, to the well equipped kitchen, to the wonderfully enveloping beds it is well thought out and a perfect place for a vacation. The only fly in the ointment is the difficulty you will have in navigating the switchback streets to reach the house. Be sure you use GPS, and even then, it's no fun. But the payoff is worth it.

just as advertised-beautiful home

Stayed here for a weekend away with a friend. House is super cute, and very clean. Property Mgr was so great and accommodating. He responded quickly and was happy to accommodate an early check in. My only picky note would be that the seating options in the main room are just ok. The chairs were not very comfy, and there was only one couch. So not a lot of comfy seating. But, I think this ended up a bigger issue for us because unfortunately it rained a bit while we were there and the weather just forced us to be inside more than we wanted to be. Overall I loved this home, and would definitely come back and recommend for others!

Memorable birthday weekend!

After scouring VRBO and AirBnB and countless hotels to stay at for my husband's birthday weekend with friends, I was relieved to find Shady Cabin! The price is more than reasonable and the location is extremely convenient. What also convinced me were the positive reviews others had left. We found all of the amazingness to be true. As soon as we arrived, it felt like home. The decor and all of the thoughtful furnishings were splendid! The place felt very luxurious. What I also loved was that it was INCREDIBLY clean. The place was so well stocked with everything from Q-Tips to spices for cooking to the comfortable beds and furnishings to Netflix...this was one of the best places I've stayed at! Not only was the place gorgeous, Kim (our contact) was amazing. She was so kind, thoughtful and super helpful whenever we had any questions. She is a wealth of information! We hope to come back one day soon as our stay was one of rest and rejuvenation. I wish we could have stayed much longer than we did! We highly recommend Shady Cabin!

Lovely place! Perfect for a romantic getaway!

We are from San Diego and we frequent Lake Arrowhead. Our usual rental wasn't available so we picked a different place (which always makes us nervous). This place is wonderful. Completely re-done with all the upgrades. New kitchen, bathrooms, designer décor, great water pressure, silent air conditioning....we are very picky and this place delivered. We loved that it was pet friendly and yet so new and clean. It's hard to find a place like this that takes dogs, has high end upgrades AND is very, very reasonable on their rental price. (note to dog owners though, there is no fenced in area to let dogs out if you are looking for that which we would have loved, but everything else was great!!) It's very close to the village. It's definitely "tree top" style but it's a quiet neighborhood. Nice living room area with small deck. WIFI was super strong which was very important to us. One of the downstairs bedrooms TV wasn't working properly but it wasn't an issue because we only used the Master Bedroom. Also something to note, they literally only have salt and pepper. We left some staple items like olive oil etc...they do have a Keurig with killer coffee thank goodness, but stop by Jensens and stock up on condiments and staple items! Also, final note, the owner was so accommodating on a request that we had, he was easy to communicate with, super quick responses. We will rent this place again!
