A true downtown charmer with all the beauties of a unique old home that has been perfectly remodeled to keep it's charm.
4 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen beds, 2 twins/trundle, 1 living room couch pull to host 8 guests. If you have more, let’s chat.

2 baths (1 with a shower, 1 with clawfoot tub) plus cable TV, A/C, high speed 5G wifi internet, toys, books, games.

Wonderful large front and back yard with BBQ. All this just 7 blocks to the beaches, shops, downtown restaurants and all that downtown has to offer! (the pet fee is $100 per pet and no more than 2 pets ) ..
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Follow the check-out instructions to avoid additional fees. Bring used sheets and towels in the laundry room. Leave comforters and blankets in the bedrooms Wash and dry a load of towels
Clean barbeque and put cover back on Please clean and put away any outdoor recreational items Please clean up after your dog refuse in the yard
Remove personal groceries from kitchen fridge Turn off all lights and close and lock windows Please put away all games/puzzles in the original boxes
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was an unbelievable stay. The home was gorgeous, SO accommodating-Anything you could think of needing was supplied in this home. It was SO cozy, comfortable, slept our family of 6 perfectly. I highly highly recommend this home!!

Charmer near downtown!

Great location, lots of amenities, short, walk to the beach and Tubbs Hill, could not think of a better place to stay in Coeur d’Alene.

The home is wonderful for friends and families to vacation together. The lake is close.

Property is very neat and clean, the decor is very impressive. The house really is very comfortable for 6 adults and 4 children. We really enjoyed the property it has a large dining/kitchen area to visit in, living room was comfortable also.

Central location for all our activities. Well stocked and clean kitchen, great host, large backyard,, comfy seating on porch, and comfy beds. Older decor and steps upstairs were steep. Some rooms newly renovated. Reasonably priced for this part of town.

Great place for family vacation

Lovely property, nice yard, very pet friendly. Great kitchen and plenty of room for a large family to stay. Not so good if you have any mobility issues, as the stairs to the second floor are rather steep. We had a great time.

5 Pines is Awesome

We just loved the 5 pines, Beautiful older home that has been wonderfully re-modeled. The 5 Pines was well stocked with everything that we needed, conveniently located just a few blocks from downtown. Highly recommend the 5 Pines when visiting Couer d'Alene as you won't be disappointed.

Perfectly located!

This was the perfect home for us to stay in. It was next to everything we needed (resort & college) for a 4 day Republican convention. All the ladies loved it! Kristi was the perfect host and super easy to work with! House was very clean and we all loved the decor. Plenty of parking too!

Perfect annual family reunion

Amazing stay at this well stocked and perfectly located home. Slept 6 adults and 4 kids with the addition of our camping cots. Kitchen had everything we needed and grill was helpful for meals. Perfect back yard for dog and kids to play. Comfortable outdoor seating that allowed us to enjoy the weather and each other’s company. Will stay again.

Outstanding experience

This was perhaps our most gracious host to date. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed. Her home was clean, beautiful, and so charming. There were extra little amenities all throughout the house that made us feel at home. She was wonderfully communicative and accessible when needed. We will definitely book again! Such a lovely experience and a beautiful historic home.

Getaway with the grandparents and Uncle

This is second year coming to Coeur D’Alene with our kids, my brother and my parents. This house was great for our group, there were tons of games and the kids loved the x box. The backyard is huge and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch for morning coffee. You can walk downtown, to Safeway etc, the location is great! 10/10 would recommend this property for a family getaway!
