Booking For Spring/Summer 2026!

This oceanfront condo is ideal for families and couples who seek a quiet, relaxing getaway. Because of the proximity to the Pointe, the beach is the widest on the Grand Strand. This three bedroom, three bath condominium located on the eighth floor provides a spectacular view of the ocean. The unit has two King beds and one queen bed. Bed linens are provided for your stay. The master bathroom has a separate shower and jacuzzi tub. The queen bathroom was converted to a walk-in shower in 2025.

Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the spacious 200 square foot balcony. For your convenience, wi-fi service is available in the condo.

Tile is included in the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room and bathrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted. The living room and dining room have a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a sofa, loveseat (new in 2026) and two recliners. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. A new HVAC unit was installed in 2020 equipped with an Air Oasis unit (Ultraviolet Light) to minimize mold and mildew in the HVAC system.

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware and utensils, and includes both Keurig and traditional coffee makers, a small air fryer, blender, toaster, waffle maker, etc. All major kitchen appliances have been upgraded since 2020.

Flat screen TV's are located in each bedroom and the main living area. The Master bedroom TV and the Den TV are Smart TV's. Owners also have toys and games available to entertain young children.

There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, small heated indoor pool, kiddie pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are located just a few steps away from the elevator. There is a rinsing station on the ground floor of the building to rinse your vehicle if needed.

There is a storage unit outside the front door of the unit so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. Inside the storage unit there are kid's sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use during your stay.

Poly patio furniture, including a rocker, chaise lounge, two pub chairs and a pub table provide outdoor seating to enjoy sunrise and sunset views and panoramic views of the beach.

Week long vacation

We stayed for a week in June 2025. Two adults and four teens (14, 17, 19). Communication from the very beginning with property manager/owner was very thorough. Check in instructions and other information provided before stay and checked to ensure the materials could be printed before the arrival date. The property was very clean. Many extra touches that we found made it much more comfortable than some places we have stayed such as many throw blankets in each room and living room, make up mirrors in each bathroom, and plenty of kitchen necessities. The storage room had chairs, umbrellas, and some beach toys available which was very nice because we didn’t have to worry about bringing them or where to keep them. The view from the balcony is amazing! Would definitely consider a stay here again!

Home away from home

I can't say enough about our stay at the condo for Spring Break. From the very convenient parking spaces (located near elevator), spacious bedrooms/bathrooms (master suite bathroom is huge), the extended balcony, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view....we couldn't have asked for more. Pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out was seemless and communication with the owner was prompt. Location was very convenient to mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream! Insta-cart delivers straight to the condo's door which was wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stars for sure! Can't wait to visit again.

A simply perfect vacation spot!

If you want a beach condo that has everything you need, this is it! I laughed (to myself, of course!) watching folks unload beach chairs and umbrellas and sand buckets. I laughed because all I needed to unpack were personal belongings. Jack and Jeanie have fully stocked their beautifully-decorated condo with pretty much everything you need. This is my second stay in Gigi's Condo and I can assure you it won't be the last. I love the care and attention the Moores give to make sure visitors feel as if they are home. You'll love this place!

Great Vacation Spot! Clean, Updated, Comfortable, Great Location!

We stayed at this gorgeous condo in August 2011 for a week... Could not have asked for a more pleasant experience! The owners make the rental process simple. They are also very easy and friendly to work with and available should you need anything or have questions. The condo itself has everything you could ask for and then some! So many extras you would never expect. The kitchen had enough cookware to feed an army, plenty of "gadgets", and nice appliances. The bedrooms are nicely appointed, each with its own bathroom. The master is oceanfront with a door to the balcony! The living room/ dining room/ kitchen area is open and spacious. You never feel as though you're sitting on top of each other. The in-unit washer and dryer is very convenient. The location is great also... It's a short drive away from plenty of restaurants and attractions, yet in a quiet area of Cherry Grove. You get your own designated parking spaces, so there's no hunting for a spot when you come "home" with a food coma after dinner! Also, the condo building is located near the "pointe" (an inlet) which was absolutely beautiful. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend this place.
