The house is near a secondary road that connects the village of Quart (1km) and the city of Girona (5km) and next to a road that directly connects with the ¨via verda¨ (greenway) and some of the most visited peaks for cyclists.
Girona airport is 17 km away. So the location is very convenient to use as a hub.

The house has 4 double bedrooms, living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen suitable for eating in, 3 bathrooms, etc. All bedrooms are on the 1st floor. We are equipped with air conditioning, background music in each room, fireplace, three sofas, satellite TV, WIFI internet, etc. There is also a large outdoor terrace.

On the ground floor we can find a large room with space to play table tennis, billiards and "futbolín" or do other activities, and with plenty of space to store cars and bicycles, we even have basic tools for their maintenance and repair, and washing area.

Outside, in the garden (5000 mts2), there is a very private and secure swimming pool (4.5 x 9, depth: 1.20 to 1.90 meters) with a power generator, automatic cleaning, salt water, etc.
The pool has a telescopic cover which allows it to be used also in autumn i in spring.
We also have a swing, barbecue, garden furniture, swing, elastic bed, a basketball hoop and fruit trees.

100 mts from the house there is a greenway that connects Girona and Sant Feliu de Guixols (on the Costa Brava). You are close to some cycling peaks, such as Els Àngels and also can go MTB on Les Gavarres.


Not far from the house, at 1km you can find supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants, etc. You can even visit a small weekly market every Sunday.
