In the center, on the main street of the city, in a pedestrian area.
Very close to the station, the marina and the promenade (reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot).
A large and bright living area with equipped kitchen in which there is a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave, induction hob and spacious fridge.
Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two separate beds, which can be converted into a double bed on request. Ideal for families. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed for any 2 additional seats. Bathroom with large shower. Air conditioning and independent heating.




It should be noted that upon arrival each guest must provide an identity document or passport.
The tourist tax requested by the Municipality of Salerno per person equal to:
- 1. 50 euros per day from 1st October to 31st January

Great location and apartment was spotless plus larger than expected. Air conditioning unexpected bonus and host super easy to deal with. Would stay here again. A few steps to elevator if you have mobility challenges.

Great location for exploring the Almafi Coast

Great location — near the train station and ferry, as well as many shops and restaurant — and welcoming host. We liked the restaurant and other recommendations. The property was clean and had what we needed. It was perfect for a first trip to the Almafi Coast.

Our stay in this lovely apartment was very comfortable, and the location is excellent. A very close walk from the train station. A short walk to the ferry if you want to go explore the Amalfi coast. Overall, I feel this apartment is very well equipped, and our hostess was very helpful when we needed some guidance.

I was really impressed with the Salerno house rental. The place was very spacious. The bed in the main bedroom was very big and comfortable for my wife and I. Our children slept in the second bedroom which had been converted to two twin beds. The bathroom was big and the shower was amazing. Plenty of hot water for a shower but it two tried to take back-to-back showers the hot water would run out and take about 45 minutes to get back up to hot. The location of this place is perfect. It's right downtown in the middle of the main street with all the shops and restaurants. We were there over the holidays and the entire downtown had an amazing atmosphere. It's less than a 10 minute walk from Salerno Termini (train station) and is also less than a 10 minute walk from the Salerno Concordia, which is the ferry that transports to Positano and Amalfi. If you're looking for a nice, modern, comfortable place to stay in Salerno that is in the heart of it all and walking distance from everything, this is the place to stay!

Brilliant location

The location has easy access to the train, buses and ferries • Air conditioning works great, and can drown out the noise of the street activity below in the evening • Fun to walk to old town for a great meal• Groceries also within walking distance.

Very clean, in a great location close to train station (5 min walk) and ferry (10 min walk). Close to great restaurants and markets. Delia was fantastic to deal with. Great communication and a great help with any questions we had.

Great Stay

Our host Delia met us upon arrival to show us the room. The room has a nice balcony over looking the pedestrian street below and the apartment was way more spacious than the pictures. Everything is within walking distance...the train station - 4 min, ferry - 10 minutes, and shopping is right outside the door. The apartment is located on a pedestrian street which means no traffic and no traffic noise! Great Place and Great Host!

The perfect place!

Delia's apartment was perfectly located --walking distance to everything. I honestly could not have had a better place. Even though it was on the main pedestrian street, it was very quiet. I loved the balcony over the street --it was great for morning coffee and enjoying the sights and sounds of lively Salerno. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed and was immaculately clean. Delia was a joy to communicate with and this will definitely be my place to stay when I return to Salerno. Thank you Delia!!

Great base for exploring the area

Great location for anyone wanting to explore the area, excellent train and ferry travel options. The flat is on a Main Street giving easy access to cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping experiences. A short walk to the sea front. The flat is very comfortable and communication with the property manager was excellent (friendly and really helpful). Would definitely recommend and hesitate to visit again.

5 nuits en famille au centre de Sorrente au mois d'août

Le séjour dans cet appartement est très agréable - de construction ancienne, l'appartement a été très bien rénové gardant une élégance certaine, - la pièce principale est très lumineuse et possède un petit balcon qui donne sur la rue commerçante piétonne - la décoration est à la fois très soignée avec de beaux tableaux sans être chargée car les tons de couleur restent neutres ; - la literie est parfaite - les 3 climatiseurs sont très efficaces - cuisine et salle de bain sont bien équipées L'accès a pied au centre historique, la gare train et bus, embarcadère bateaux pour la cote almalfitaine y est très facile 10 à 20 minutes. Il nous a manqué une machine à laver pour le linge. L'insonorisation serait un petit point faible car les ouvrants sont anciens mais les chambres donnent sur une ruelle plus calme. Delia est très aimable et nous a donné toutes les informations que nous souhaitions, notamment les bons restaurants.

Spacious apartment, excellent location

This lovely, clean, spacious apartment overlooked the main street/shopping mall of Salerno. There were easy walks to the very interesting old town, restaurants, waterfront, ferries and train station so the location of the apartment was excellent. The facilities in the apartment were very good. There was a laundromat within easy walking distance in the Old Town. Our very helpful and hospitable hosts Delia and Anna met us at the apartment and provided us with the information we needed. We loved staying in Delia and Anna's apartment and will definitely return to their apartment if we ever return to Salerno.

The location was perfect. Close to the train, ferries, shopping and restaurants. Delia was very gracious. There was soap and shampoo in the shower and a well appointed kitchen. The apt is quite large with beautiful Chrystal light fixtures. So pretty. Hope to see you again Delia.

Amazing!

The apartment is beautiful and in a perfect location, so close to restaurants, bars, gelato shops and shopping. You can walk to the ferry and ride to Amalfi and Positano. The AC units are super strong and keep the apartment cold in the July heat. The train station is not even a 5 minute walk where you can also get a taxi at the station. We stayed with our family of 4 and loved every minute of it. The apartment is beatiflully decorated - simple and elegant. But beyond the apartment, Delia is unbelievable. Our flight was cancelled and we had to make later arrangements due to the rebooking. Delia, her mother and sister met us after midnight to let us in and show us the apartment. My luggage was lost by the airline and the apartment was well stocked with a toothbrush, soap, shampoo, toothpaste and even boxes of pasta (which the kids ate at 2am). The next day Delia extended herself and not only contacted Naples airport to assist with the communication issues but she offered to take us to the airport and back. She made an unbelievably stressful 2 days of travel easy for us. Your stay here will be amazing. Delia makes it more than just a rental apartment with how she treats her guests. Cute Flat in Salerno

We stayed in Delia’s apartment 27 May-1Jun. The place was easy to find and was a short walk from Salerno’s main train station. Delia was quick with responses and easy to work with. She was waiting for us and caught us as we entered the courtyard. The place was nice, clean and easy to use. The air conditioning worked great! The location was great! It’s on the main pedestrian walkway so I would say it’s lively but we had no issues with noise. Lots of restaurants and a well stocked grocery store nearby. The ferry, train and bus stops are all an easy walk from the apartment. We did not find the town touristy at all, which is what we were looking for. If you stay there is a coffee shop just below the balcony run by 3 very nice older gentlemen. They make an awesome cappuccino! Nice place! Highly recommended.

Our family of 5 can not say enough wonderful things about the stay we had in Salerno, the owners were very kind and accommodating, the location was superb and the apartment was just lovely, clean and well appointed. Very nice apartment

Delia and her mom Anna were really great , they supplied us with a lot of information about the area. The apartment is very central to everything , walking distance to the bus and train station was all of 5 minutes. The apartment is all that you would want on a vacation, very clean ,latest appliances and comfortable beds. I would recommend this apartment very highly and the owners are 110 percent.

super convenient apartment

This property is really great because it is large and bright. You can make yourself at home. The living area is open concept with couch and really nice tv and then the kitchen and dining table. The appliances are new and everything works well. The kitchen work space is ample, too. There is a grocery store nearby. You have a small balcony to people watch. The bedrooms are off the hallway and then the bath at the end. The shower stall is nice and big. The water pressure and water temperature are okay. The beds and linens are comfortable. The a/c is in the bedrooms and living space and works well. The apartment is a very easy walk to the train station and promenade by the sea. The ferry that will take you to Amalfi Town and Positano is just down from the promenade. Amalfi is about a 30 minute ride and is a lot of fun. The apartment is on a mostly pedestrian street lined with small shops and cafes. It can get noisy at times but if you close the balcony door it blocks a lot out. At night you can also close the door to the living area and your bedroom door which blocks more noise if you are a super light sleeper. This place would be good for couples traveling together or a family. My daughter and I had lots of space. Delia and her mother were very easy to work with from beginning to end and we hope to visit this great place again!

Truly Impressed!!!

On our trip to Italy, this was one of my favorite places to stay. They communicated effectively and the place was incredibly clean and everything functioned perfectly. Of all the places we stayed at in Italy, this was the only one who communicated during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I was so impressed. The tiniest of criticisms is that the bathroom sink while so trendy and adorable has no room to place your toiletries while doing various activities at the sink. Talk about minor. The positives WWAAAAYYYY out number this minor minor point. Book this place now if you are in Salerno.

great base to explore Amalfi coast and less travelled equally wonderful places to the south

Impeccably clean, well equipped and central apartment on the main promenade of Salerno. Also the perfect base to explore the Amalfi coast. The ferries a short walk away to everywhere. Paestum, one of the most perfect Grecian colony ruins a short and easy train ride away. Also easy to get to magic spots like Santa Maria del Castellabate, Casrellabate and the lesser known coastline to the south. Also historic Salerno and the Duomo only a 15 minute walk away. Sit on the balcony and watch the promenade every evening, as Salerno goes out for a stroll. Delia is enormously helpful and responsive with any needs or questions. Highly recommended

This is a fantastic, beautiful apartment! It was so easy to get to from our taxi or the train.

It is in the heart of Salerno! The shopping is amazing. The walk to the ocean is 2 blocks away. The cafe and restaurants are very close to everywhere you go. My friends and I enjoyed every minute !!!
