In the countryside spacious and well equipped cottage in the old farm of the castle, in the stables, with no opposite, with land of 2500 m2., (depending on the time of year possibility to take guest rooms as an add-on).<br><br> Access to the 14 ha park with its chapel, its multi-hundred-year-old trees; its wood, its pond (where you can fish); its organic vegetable garden surrounded by walls.<br>In the summer, swing set with swings.<br><br>We are entirely organic and animal shelter ASPAS, LPO, PAPILLONS.et we are home to two colonies of bats, <br><br>Your pet is welcome, under certain conditions, (to be requested), and 10€ per pet for the stay, (maximum two pets); we will even find a place for your horse.<br><br> We ourselves:<br>As we are retirement homes for large animals: a pony: 'Pyram' and a donkey: 'Pedro'<br> 2 dogs <br> 1 cat.<br><br>The cottage is non-smoking <br><br>Note: the WIFI does not go everywhere, (thickness of the walls and... granite!) <br><br>electric heating.<br><br>ON THE GROUND FLOOR:<br>Large living room, of 46 m2, with:<br>Fireplace, wood on site depending on the length of stay and possibility to buy some if necessary.<br>3 radiators<br>Kitchen, (in an old box!), with: dishwasher, 4 gas hobs, microwave, oven, (forced air), fridge, small appliances, cookware, coffee machines: filter and soft pods.electric kettle.toaster, several cupboards and wooden shelves for storage.<br>Dining room with a table for 12 people and another for 4.high chair for baby, crockery for meals.<br>Lounge area: sofas, armchairs, television, DVD player, library with books in several languages and board games, puzzles for young and old, tourist information and a piano!<br>A 'household' cupboard, (with vacuum cleaner).<br><br>Large room of 53 m2, with external access used as:<br>Laundry room with washing machine, dryer, wire.<br>A 2nd fridge-freezer<br>Games room with table tennis.<br>Storage: garden furniture, 2 tables with benches, chairs, deckchairs, parasols.<br>Wood storage for the fireplace.<br>Barbecue, (charcoal).<br>TOILET and a water point with sink.<br><br>UPSTAIRS:<br>Access by stairs: 4 bedrooms, for 12 people, (plus a cot), with 2 bathrooms and 2 TOILETS, all very bright:<br>1st bedroom:<br> 12.5 m2.3 single beds, 90cm .2 bedside table with lamp.
