This property is a little less expensive than other listings with the same amenities. It was great having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths . The 35 foot dock for our boat provided easy access to the open water. This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. Similar to others in the resort, the unit is approximately 28 years old. Updates, and a thorough cleaning are needed, but the property is perfect for a great, comfortable place to return after a day on the water. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home.

Place was as advertised! We LOVE Venture out! There are park rules but if you follow them, you become family! Home was stocked and clean. Screened in back patio was a nice touch! Would stay in this unit again!

Great little house on the water!

The house was cute, the canal was peaceful, the resort was awesome! Great place to stay! We had a minor issue with the cleaning, but all was made right by property owners. Would stay here again!!

Birthday week/ Lobster week

Had a great stay. Our boat fit perfectly on the sea wall. We brought our own large bouy just Incase there was no dock. Turned out to work amazing. ( got it on amazon… lol) had everything we needed for a great stay
