Ellen and Tim are wonderful hosts. We highly recommend their house if you are looking for peace and quiet. The swimming pool is large enough for all the guests.

We had a great stay and Tim and Ellen were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and we also enjoyed the games room. Good location too as the local town was only a 10 minute drive for groceries.The property was very clean and comfortable and checking in/out was very easy too.

Nice gite with attractive grounds and pool

We enjoyed our stay at Le Noisetier gite at Les Hiboux. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had pretty much everything we needed. The shared pool was nice and the gardens were very pleasant to relax in. The area had plenty of things to see and do. Tim and Ellen were friendly and helpful hosts.

Countryside Paradise

We adored staying at Tim and Ellen's place. Beautiful gite, lovely pool, brilliant hosts. Enjoyed taking part in some village festivities while there and their recommendations were great. The grounds are lovely and the play area and games rooms a real bonus. We will defo be returning. Thank you Tom and Ellen. 😊

Accueil très chaleureux. Propriétaire vraiment extra.

Rien à redire sur le gite ou sur M. et Mme Weir. Conforme aux photos et vraiment très propre. Les proprietaires sont très souriant et soucieux de notre bien être, accommodant pour l heure d'arrivée comme du départ. Le parc à l'arrière de cette batisse est simplement MAGIQUE. Le logement est spacieux , nous étions 6 . C'est un gîte qui a beaucoup de charme . Vraiment un grand merci à Tim et Ellen pour notre accueil, vos sourires et votre discrétion. Nous reviendrons très prochainement. MERCI.

Très bien, joli gîte bien équipé.

Ce n’était pas explicite qu’il y avait plusieurs gîtes côte à côte. Les personnes du dernier gîte manquaient particulièrement de discrétion et c’est dommage. De fait, du bruit le soir faute de savoir prendre en compte les autres. Dommage ! Sinon tout était OK

De plus, la traduction «automatique» du texte sur le site Web Homeaway peut ne pas avoir rendu la description adéquate. Nous nous en excusons. Nous sommes très désolés que l'autre grande famille n'ait pas été consciente du bruit qu'elle faisait. Nous aurions demandé aux eux de réduire leur bruit, si nous avions su. Vous étiez des clients parfaits et nous espérons que vous et votre famille reviendrez dans les gîtes «Les Hiboux».

Fantastic break in France!

We stayed in the gite Le Noisetier, at Les Hiboux. Self-catering in France, was an excellent option this Christmas for us. The cottage was clean, warm and well-equipped. The gardens were fully enclosed. We took several walks around the quiet country roads and the dart board in the games room was a real success. As a holiday rental we could not fault Les Hiboux and will definitely visit again.
