It's a very comfortable and recently built flat that is situated on the first floor of a detached house (with an independent entrance); very near to the beach (only 5 minutes on foot). The flat is located in a shopping precinct but is also a quiet area. 200 metres from the flat there is once a week (Tuesday) a very interesting local street market where there are various market stall and you can taste and buy a very delicious and typical food as home-grown vegetables and fruit. In summer in the same square is putted on an enjoyable Luna Park that is perfect for children. Easily reachable, the flat is near to Porto Torres, the treading port (only 30 km) and near to the airport of Alghero (only 60 km).

Short walk to amazing beaches

The apartment is well appointed and has everything you need a for a vacation stay including 2 beach chairs. The AC works well and paired with using the shades to keep out sun, the place was cool enough. The kitchen had a good selection of oil, spices, and basic supplies to get you started. We had a bit of problems with the parking in the garage-- being Americans we were used to bigger driveways to manuever and had quite a bit of problems backing out of the garage, but this isn't something that can be controlled. This was simply solved by parking at the free car park up the road which was closely located. The nearby beaches are lovely, though one had a red flag up repeatedly with little visible reason. We had a car and this is helpful for getting around and doing day trips in the area and Castelsardo, though a bus runs regularly as well. We would happily return to this location and Lu Bagnu is a gem that I hope retains its charm over the years!

Casa deliziosa, molto curata, posizione ottimale per visitare la costa nord della Sardegna. In centro e comoda alla spiaggia di Lu Bagnu. Molto cortesi i proprietari che ci hanno fatto trovare al nostro arrivo anche bibite e dolci di benvenuto oltre a beni di prima necessità. La descrizione e le foto corrispondono alla realtà.

Tolle Wohnung und Lage, sehr nette Vermieter

Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sehr sauber und alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Sogar Getränke, Wein und ein paar Sachen zum Essen standen schon in der Wohnung bereit, als wir ankamen. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und trotz Sprachbarriere verlief alles ganz einfach und unkompliziert. Zum Strand gelangt man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß. Vielen Dank für diesen entspannten Aufenthalt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!!

Great holiday, highly recommend

Very clean, nice apartment with all the amenities you need. Marco and his wife and their daughter are very kind, friedly and helpful with any request you may have. Good starting point for excusions of the northern coast of Sardinia, lovely house beach within 5 minutes of walking. Parking lots within 2 minutes, owners also offer you a spot in their garage, our car was just too big for quick in and outs several times daily. I read bad comments about the matrasses, I can only say that mine was very good I never had any pain there and I had back surgery already and I am constantly in some kind of back pain even at home, just the kids matress was not as good as mine. All in all, I can really recommend this place! Thanks for the nice experience!

Sehr schöner Urlaub im September 2018

Eine sehr schöne, ruhige, in einer Seitenstraße gelegene Einliegerwohnung. Sehr sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr nette und freundliche Leute. Leider konnten wir uns, da wir kein oder nur sehr schlecht Italienisch sprechen, nicht länger mit Ihnen unterhalten...schade. Die Tochter des Vermieters spricht allerdings englisch, so dass eine Verständigung kein Problem war. Vielen Dank Familie Cherchi … e addio. Uwe

Meraviglia

Le nostre aspettative sono state ampiamente superate. La casa è davvero confortevole, spaziosa e dotata di ogni minima cosa. Ultimano il quadro l'estrema vicinanza alla spiaggia del luogo ed i proprietari gentilissimi. Il paesino, delizioso, è forse poco turistico ma è posto in una posizione strategica. Permette di vedere la parte nord della Sardegna, da Stintino ad Olbia percorrendo un raggio di max 150 km. Abbiamo infatti potuto visitare l'Asinara e la Maddalena. Lo consiglio in modo particolare se si ha intenzione di girare la regione e non fare la tipica vacanza stanziale.

Tutto benissimo

Appartamento in perfette condizioni pulito e dotato di tutto.Propietari gentili e cordiali, la spiaggia dista pochi minuti a piedi. Vicino alla casa potete trovare tutti i servizi, inoltre risulta molto comoda per visitare i tanti bei posti della costa nord della Sardegna,essendo la casa posizionata in maniera strategica.La consiglio vivamente.

Vacanze perfette- padroni di casa squisiti

La casa è assolutamente conforme a quello che si vede in foto. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato un appartamento con frutta e bevande di benvenuto, perfettamente pulito, provvisto di tutto l'essenziale per la pulizia della casa e per cucinare. La casa si trova a pochi passi da supermercati, fruttivendoli e bar vari, così come dalla spiaggia. I padroni di casa gentilissimi e molto disponibil per qualunque informazione sul luogo o richiesta! Ci hanno anche invitato due volte da loro per un bicchierino di mirto e qualche chiacchera! È stato un soggiorno perfetto! Consigliatissimo! Oltretutto è anche una buona posizione centrale per cui è facile raggiungere Stintino o Palau.

Die Beschreibung stimmt e...

Die Beschreibung stimmt exakt mit dem überein, was wir vorgefunden haben. Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war sauber. Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten Fußmarsch erreicht. Ein kleines Manko waren die Matratzen - aber vielleicht ist das auch nur Gewöhnungssache. Wir sagen vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub.

We hebben een week in dit...

We hebben een week in dit huis vakantie gevierd met onze twee kinderen. Het huisje ligt vlakbij een rustig strandje, waar we bijna altijd alleen waren (heerlijk). In de buurt genoeg restaurants. Vooral in Castelsardo. Het huisje is compleet, genoeg keukenspullen en kastruimte. Het uitzicht vanaf het terras bij het huisje is niet heel mooi, maar genoeg mooie plekjes in de buurt. Je hebt wel een huurauto nodig om wat meer van de omgeving te zien. Ik zou hier zeker nog wel een keertje naar terug willen. Vriendelijke behulpzame eigenaren.

"Tutto pulito, quiete e silenzio, vicinanza di negozi super e bar. bus per Castelsardo 0,70 cent a corsa. vista non eccezionale ma c'è un bel terrazzo che appaga, appartemanto completo di tutte le attrezzature dal frigorifero alla lavatrice,2 camere letto spaziose in ciascuna 1 matrimoniale e 2 letti castello, garage fresco. Proprietari giovanili affabili cordiali e pronti a tutto. privacy è assicurata . Ci si sente a casa propria. Soddisfatto!"
