Wonderful stay

The comfortable and practical house perfectly suited the needs of our large group. With multiple connected apartments in one home, we had the right mix of separation and communal living for our multi-generational group. There was plentiful parking on the property as well. The swimming pool and garden were wonderful. The only problem with the swimming pool is that our children never wanted to get out of it. (: The owners were very helpful, giving us great practical advice on exploring the area, and even helping us order pizza on the night of our arrival. The location is close to great beaches, and also about a half-hour drive to Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli, which were all great places to go for dinner and touring in the evening.

wonderful stay perfect villa and helpful owner

Very quiet and nice place, I'd say luxurious. We came there as a big group of 14 people, the bedroom were good and spaciuos and 2 were a little small. Each of the family had their own bathromm 4 in total and their kitchen. Awesome swimming pool , that is the main feature of the villa, Big, Clean, looking new and well equipped. WE had so much fun there. Sea shore is ner by , free, with shower and vey few people. Excellent. The owner of the house was very friendly and helpful. his reccomendations of where to go and what to do were priceless. As a summary we had a great time in Villa Kaukana . I think that what we paid was an excellent value

Great Stay

We went as a family with the youngest being 20 and the oldest 83 years of age. The house is light and clean with comfortable beds and plenty of towels for the pool area and room showers. In the kitchen there are plenty of pots and pans together with more than enough plates, glasses and utensils. The beach in 350m easy walk but you need a car for shopping and going out to restaurants (we never used taxi so I do not know how easy they are to get). The host is outstanding, so helpful and friendly. Easy check in and check out. I would recommend this hose for anyone who wants a week in the sun with friends and/or family.

Cannot fault Rosario our host, he was very helpful and obliging. Outside space was fantastic and could always find shade or sun whichever you wanted. Property could do with some updating as was a little tired. Unfortunately some items that were listed on site were not at property for example , no dishwasher, no iron or ironing board, table tennis. Shortage of mugs and glasses. Wi-fi would only work on android phone but not apple as seemed security was weak. We were at the property for 11 days and was very disappointed that at no time were we offered clean bed linen or towels. As we paid a service charge I would have expected this to be one of the services offered. On the whole we had a good stay but would also recommend that a car is necessary however we could catch a bus at bottom of road which ran a good service.

Grosses Haus an toller Lage

Wir haben das grosszügige Haus an der tollen Lage sehr genossen. Rosario und seine Frau waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Innen ist das Haus etwas in die Jahre gekommen, erfüllt jedoch seinen Zweck.

Villa très agréable dans un grand espace privé

Compte tenu du temps (froid pour cette saison) nous avons eu une autre villa du même propriétaire à 10mn. Cette villa avait une une salle de bain par chambre, donc mieux équipée et surtout bien chauffé. Nous avons donc bien apprécié cette nouvelle villa. Nous étions 12 dont 4 enfants et nous avions assez d'espace pour bien profiter de notre séjour La villa était très bien équipée même pour des bébés (8 mois)

Wonderful week

There were 13 of us and we had a really great week.The villa was clean and well-equipped and suitable for small children. The pool was immaculate and the excellent, safe, sandy, empty beach was within walking distance. Rosario was very helpful without being intrusive and the facilities were excellent. A great week!

"Tutto fantastico, il signor Rosario si è dimostrato molto disponibile e attento alle nostre esigenze, noi eravamo in 18 e siamo stati bene, la casa è pulitissima e piscina e giardino sono davvero molto curati, ottima la posizione, sicuramente da consigliare a chiunque voglia trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla ma vicinissimo a tutti i centri più belli."
