Séjour à la hauteur de nos espérances. L'accueil dans notre logement a été parfait. L'emplacement est idéal pour accueillir les chiens qui sont traités comme des roisproche de la grotte Chauvetproche du pont du diable adresse à retenir.

Superbe séjour, domaine magnifique

Un séjour en famille magnifique, très bon accueil de Karine avec ses bons conseils. La propriété est splendide avec un grand parc arboré donnant accès sur l’Ardèche, une grande piscine au top pour les petits et les grands. L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé.

Des vacances ressourcantes

Un magnifique domaine au sein d’un écrin de verdure où le chant de la rivière vous enchantera 😉 sous un beau soleil ☀️ Karine est accueillante, souriante et de bons conseils . Nous avons apprécié notre rencontre avec les gens qui lui sont proches : Benoît et Camille . Notre chien Ruby a quant à lui passé des vacances dignes d’un 5 étoiles 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Le plus : Très beau domaine spacieux et calme , Karine est très gentille et à l écoute. Le moins :il étais mentionné qu’il y avais 4 chambres cependant les deux du haut ne sont pas de vrais chambre c est une mezzanine ouverte avec deux grand lit ,tout est ouvert ce qui étais dérangeant, et beaucoup d escaliers pour les enfants en bas âge ce n est pas trop adapté.

Très bon séjour entre amis dans un cadre superbe. Nous avons adorer l'accès direct à la rivière. Karine nous a aussi très bien accueilli. Merci beaucoup

Très bel endroit mais chauffage un peu limite pour un séjour par temps frais.

Beau gîte, spacieux. Très bel emplacement au bord de la rivière. Pour des vacances en février, nous l'avons trouvé peu lumineux (y compris avec les lumières allumées) et un peu difficile à chauffer.

Wunderschöne Gegend, einfache Unterkunft

Pool und Fluss sind sehr schön. Am Fluss können Kinder von Felsen springen, schwimmen, mit Steinen spielen, .... Die Vermieterin wohnt mit Ihren zwei Hunden auf dem Grundstück und vermietet an 4 weitere Parteien. Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig. Unter dem Dach wird es tagsüber sehr heiß und man kann als Erwachsener nur an wenigen Stellen stehen. Besonders bedauert haben wir, dass die Wohnräume im 1. Stock liegen und man die Terrasse nur über eine steile Treppe erreicht. Daher haben wir nur beim Grillen draußen gegessen. Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und idyllisch. Einzig der Fluss rauscht laut. Es war sehr nett, dass wir früher anreisen konnten und sofort Garten und Pool nutzen durften.

Superbe région et superbe domaine

Un endroit très beau et calme à proximité de la riviére et des commerces. Très bon accueil. Idéal pour les sportifs, les motards et les amoureux de la nature!

Charme ardéchois !!!

Dans cadre authentique avec le charme d’une maison en pierre et d’un magnifique paysage au bord de l’Ardeche, Une superbe étape pour les vacances dans le calme du parc avec belle piscine ou au choix les nombreuses activités possibles dans cette belle région. Le petit gris d’Ardeche pour nous accueillir c’était vraiment un super accueil et une glace Terre Adelice pour les enfants ! Le top !! Merci Karine

Séjour au domaine de Cortenzo

C'était notre troisième séjour au domaine de Cortenzo. On s'y sent comme chez nous. Les enfants adorent: la piscine, les sauts dans la rivière, les jeux dans le parc du domaine et toutes les activités sportives proposées dans les environs. Merci à Karine pour son accueil, sa disponibilité et son attention au confort de ses hôtes. Les chiens y sont vraiment les bienvenus, notre Lulla y a fait la rencontre de Maybe et Mélisse. Un séjour de rêve en somme.

lieu authentique, plein de charme

Petit groupe de randonneurs en week-end, nous avons éte accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse ; la propriétaire sait se faire discrète mais est toujours là si nécessaire.On appelle cela le savoir-faire ! ! Au retour des randos avons apprécié le calme, la piscine, le confort des gites...un havre de paix à savourer sans modération ! Pierre " accompagnateur randos"

Très beau paysage

Nous y sommes allés pour fêter les 60 ans de mon père, nous étions 10, le gite est spacieux, il est très agréable de faire trempette dans la piscine. la propriétaire est une personne toute à fait charmante.

Superbe gîte et cadre agrèable

Gîte authentique avec tout confort, en vieilles pierres, en bordure de rivière avec superbes baignades, très belle piscine avec vue sur les montagnes, nombreuses visites aux alentours, idéal pour la pêche et la randonnée en famille.
