A beautifully renovated villa with a well-thought-out interior design and a stunning outdoor veranda where you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets.<br>The property is located in a small village consisting of three other beautiful farmhouses, all of which are independent.<br>The property, situated on the slopes of a wooded hill, just 10 km from the centre of Perugia, 8 km from Lake Trasimeno, and 5 km from the highway exit, allows you to easily reach all the attractions in Umbria and neighbouring Tuscany.
