Description:<br><br>Reservations available for weekends; price varies depending on the number of guests and the season. <br><br>Large country home, a fully renovated former farmhouse of 140 m², with an above-ground pool measuring 10 m × 5.5 m. Garden with children’s play equipment: swing set, sandpit, playhouse. For parents who play ping-pong, 2 mountain bikes are available upon request. BBQ, lounge chairs... Peaceful and secluded.<br> The house consists of 3 large bedrooms, with 4 140 beds (including one master bedroom), a 90 bed, a cot, and a sofa bed. Second BB bed available upon request. One bathroom and one shower room, 2 separate toilets.<br>A large kitchen, living room, and large covered patio where you can enjoy yourself regardless of the weather. Baby equipment: high chair, booster seat, baby bath, changing table.<br>Parking available.<br>600 m² of parking space. All rooms open onto a terrace. <br>Peace and quiet, with guaranteed privacy. A variety of brochures and addresses are available to enhance your stay.<br>A charming village with three castles, one of which—Bellegarde Castle—is worth visiting, along with many marked hiking trails, a tennis court in the village, and a petanque court.<br>Ideally located for exploring the Dordogne, 10 minutes from Bergerac<br> Horse-drawn carriage rides from the village, fishing on the Caudeau 800m from the rental property, and weekly evening dances.<br> Various activities in the village,<br>Please feel free to contact me for more information

Très belle découverte de la région, nous avons adoré Notre hôte était parfaite et très discrète. Hameau très paisible et surtout très reposant ! Maison avec une très « belle âme », nous nous sommes tout de suite appropriés ce magnifique lieu. Nous avons été accueillis avec des cadeaux régionaux de bienvenue, très agréable attention ! Les alentours et la région sont à recommander Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement Mireille et Didier pour cette belle soirée d’invitation où nous avons eu la joie d’échanger, de rire, etc… ce sont de belles personnesNous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Nous avons passé une semaine exceptionnelle dans cette demeure de caractère typique de la Dordogne.Nous remercions Mireille et Didier pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse ainsi que pour la richesse des informations qu’il nous ont communiqué afin de profiter au mieux de leur belle région.Tout a été pensé pour vous permettre de passer un bon séjour dans cette belle location, matériel et ustensiles de cuisine présents en grand nombre, nécessaire indispensable pour les enfants en bas âge, jeux de société, livre et naturellement la piscine parfaitement entretenue et très appréciable lors des moments de chaleur!.Nous étions pour ce séjour Avec nos deux chiens qui ont pu eux aussi profiter du grand jardin bien clôturé ainsi que des nombreuses randonnées que nous avons fait autour de Lamonzie M.Superbe séjour, assurément, nous reviendrons!!

Accueil parfait dans un cadre magnifique avec des couché de soleil toute les soirs nos hôtes on était adorable et riche d'histoire a découvrir et d'une discrétion très agréable nous avons passé une semaine avec la canicule tout en douceur dans une maison super agréable avec tout se qu'ils faut piscine jeux de plaine aires et nous avons eu l'honneur de voir un chevreuil et un renard dans les champs de plus le jardin est super pour les enfants mais aussi pour les chiens qui est bien fermé je recommande fortement.

Sehr schönes ländliches Haus mit viel Platz und einer tollen überdachten Terrasse. Die Abbildungen im Internet haben die Wirklichkeit abgebildet. Den großen Pool haben wir täglich genutzt und uns bei dem sehr warmen Wetter gut abkühlen können. Die Abgeschiedenheit in der Natur haben wir sehr gemocht. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr nette Vermieter, die trotz Sprachbarriere mit dem freundlichen Übersetzer aus dem Handy eine tolle Kommunikation möglich machten.Meine Schwester und ich zusammen mit unseren zwei kleinen Pudeln haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die 14 Tage sehr genossen.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est conforme a la description, très bien équipée et propre. L endroit est calme et reposant. Nos hôtes étaient très sympathiques et nous avons apprécié les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous gardons l adresse pour pouvoir y retourner.
