Ruhiges Haus zwischen Weinreben

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus liegt schön ruhig und leicht abgelegen in der Natur. Der Weg zum Strand oder zum nächsten Ort ist aber auch nicht weit. Große Bäume spenden im Sommer angenehm Schatten. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuverlässig.

Nice outside; disappointing inside...

We found general quality of what was provided was very basic . Gas hob only had two rings functioning. Main bedroom was ok; the mezzanine bedroom area was poor because there was no headroom. Must be awful in hot summer months. One of the plastic chairs outside broke when I sat in it. Beyond its age limit ! Plenty of hot water but shower and loo (only one) were very basic and small. Location ok and pretty quiet. Found a toad crawling across the floor on the last night.

Maison très agréable et idéalement située

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Agréable maison de vacances, fonctionnelle et idéalement située au calme au milieu des vignes, proche de la plage et de plusieurs activités pour petits et grands. Commerces à proximité également Propriétaires très sympathiques. Nous y avons séjourné pour la 2e fois et espérons revenir. Nicole T.

Une location calme et très bien située

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est située au coeur des vignes à 5 mn de la mer. Avec la très belle plage de Marseillan très facile d'accés (pas besoin de tourner pendant 1 heure pour trouver une place de parking qui en plus est gratuit). La location est très calme, idéale pour passer un bon moment en famille. La literie est impécable. Côté équipements rien à redire, surtout avec la climatisation qui est bien utile dans la région. Les propriétaires sont vraiment sympathiques et serviables.

Un endroit magnifique

Un endroit idéal pour se reposer et apprécier le climat méditerranéen sans souffrir de la chaleur. En effet, la maison dispose de beaucoup d'ombre grâce aux arbres qui l'entourent. Un petit coin de paradis pour les amateurs de vacances calmes au contact de la nature, mais toutefois proche des activités diurnes et nocturnes d'une station balnéaire. Nous nous sommes régalés !

Lovely gite, in a vineyar...

Lovely gite, in a vineyard outside Marseillan-en-Ville. A bit away from the bustle of the more busy Marseillan-en-Plage, but that suited us well. A car was essential to get anywhere quickly, supermarket, beach etc. It felt as if one was further away from the mainstream activities which was lovely. We had great barbecues using the wood from the vineyard in the evenings. Mornings were very pleasant with breakfast on the patio, and beautiful tree full of fruit (mulberries June). The wind was active in late June most of the time, it was welcome, as the heat was building up. Overall it was a good time (apart from a chainsaw going off once in the early hours, nothing serious)very relaxing, clean and tidy.

"Petit coin de paradis à proximité de tout. Les amoureux du calme et de la nature trouveront leur bonheur dans cet endroit idyllique, perdu en pleine nature, mais proche de toutes les commodités et les centres d''intérêts (parc de loisirs pour les enfants, supermarché, plage, visites diverses...). La maison possède tout ce qu''il faut pour passer un agréable séjour, et les propriétaires sont des personnes absolument charmantes, qui pensent à tout (un petit classeur vous attend, contenant des foules d''informations sur ce qu''il y a à faire dans les environs), à rencontrer sans faute si le calendrier coïncide. Merci pour tout, j''ai passé un séjour de rêve !"

"l'echelle qui donne accès à la chambre est un peu difficile pour de jeunes enfants. le calme est très appréciable et la maison bien équipée, la terrasse est agréable et il y a de l'espace pour que les enfants puissent jouer."
